i am very happy with Rian. He was very responsive to my calls. He came by to give me a quote before starting the job. He always gets right back to you when you leave him a message. I will use him again in the future.

I originally scheduled and he missed that appointment. Since I purchased the Angie's coupon, I tried again. He was on time, apologized and did the work in a professional manner.

Initially, things got off to a really slow start, trying to connect after initial purchase through Angie's List. Don't know this for sure, but I guessed they bit off more than they could chew (i.e., selling more Angie's List special deals than they'd counted on) & were unable to respond in a timely manner. In acknowledgement of the delays, the electrician made everything "right", however. I share details not to slam them, but rather simply to be factual for other Angie's List members. So there's no misunderstanding, they DID satisfy my expectations overall. Once the work was finally performed, however, I was very satisfied with the quality. They are several shortcuts they could have taken that someone not knowledgeable in electrical work would unlikely notice, however I observed them do the right thing. (E.g., they could have only driven ground rods in partially, then cut off the top protrusions to save time and this would be invisible to the naked eye ... only a special test with special equipment would reveal this.) Finally, after completing their work, they thoroughly cleaned up ... no mess left for me to deal with.

Rian is fantastic! He got me into his busy schedule coming later in the evening to take care of it. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I took advantage of the Angie's list special of electrical work at half off up to $200. Saved me about $75 to $100. I plan to contact him for the electrical work in my basement remodeling. Great guy!!

I purchased this deal and never heard from them. I also had Angies List try to call the contractor and still no response. At this point I am getting a refund and will not be doing business with them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It has been working fine. We paid extra for some additional work that was out of the scope of the deal.

I had an Angie's List coupon for $125 for Elite Electrical to install an outdoor outlet. When Ryan came to my house I asked him how much it would cost to also install two indoor outlets. Ryan told me that would be $250 in addition to the coupon. I thought that was very reasonable so I hired him to do it. My house is an older home, and to access the wall from the basement, Ryan had to remove some brick on the top of the block wall in the basement. Ryan was flexible with scheduling the project, and he was at my house promptly when he said he would be. His work was excellent and I plan on hiring him to do more work at my house. No hesitation in recommending Elite Electrical Contractors to do electrical work for you..

Two men came out to complete the job. They were really fast and good. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. They did a really fantastic job with the work.

They were a little bit hard to get a hold of. He was also on the phone for most of the time while he was at my house doing the work. The work was done well, but his whole manner was not great. He got the job done in about an hour and a half to 2 hours. The cleanup was just fine.

Took the deal option from Angie's list. Supplier e-mailed that he would be contacting me within 2 days. Never heard from him. Sent a follow-up a week later. He said he had gotten backed up but would be calling shortly. Never heard back again. Sent another follow-up this week and have not heard back. |Its been over 3 weeks and for the supplier to not even call and have an initial conversation is unacceptable. Angie's list will be refunding my money. Angie's list should review this supplier's overall rating--there are many, many similar stories to mine. People are getting scammed

Rian responded and we quickly set up a time. We were time constrained and he was able to fit us in. He and the other gentleman were friendly and professional. Rian clearly is an expert with deep knowledge and a passion for his work based on all the information he shared with us as we talked about our new house. He gave us multiple options of ways to have the lights switched, etc. I really appreciated that he even asked what color switches we wanted. As we talked about putting can lights in an under-lit room he was telling us about considering how the light fills the room and I was impressed that he was thinking about the "design" angle of it. We will definitely call them again.

It was fine. They're just very pleasant and they seemed to do a good job. The outlet is working now. It wasn't a whole fancy job but it was good. I had a very good interaction with the provider. He was very pleasant. He didn't charge me more than the big deal purchase.

I keep trying to set something up with them, but I have been unsuccessful. I have given them dates and times. They haven't been responsive when it comes to setting up a time for the service to take place. I am getting a different company through Angie's List.

The process was simple, it took him about 20 minutes, I don't think it was worth supposedly $200 worth of work (i paid 99). I asked a few other questions about some electrical work and he made suggestions but did not offer to fix the problems. He was friendly, talkative and did complete the work on the fan, but again to exchange a light on an existing fan, should not amount to $200.

On time; quality work. Very satisfied with his work. Would not hesitate to call him again when need arises.

Elite inspected the switches, followed the wiring in the walls, and replaced what needed to be replaced to get everything working, which included: 1. Complete replacement of light fixture at bottom of basement stairs 2. Installation of new 3 way switch at top of stair and landing 3. Replacement of not working wires for 2nd light fixture outside We also had a new pendant light that we had purchased a while back but never installed that they put in our foyer while they were here. It wasn't something we had planned on them doing, but since they were at the house already, they went ahead and did it. Overall they were great to work with. We've even run into them while out in Tosa and they recognize us (they were only over once) and are always friendly. Great customer service.

Great came out on time, removed all old wiring , removed trash, and reconnected the one outlet for the Tv and freezer. Talked to me about the future job(s) that are scheduled to be completed at this address. Came by on 4/8/14 took care of placing in the exhaust fan and doing the 20 amp service to the bathroom, also wired in 3 boxes in the basement. April ... came back out after all the drywall was done, completed the entire installation. no issues. would hire him again.

I purchased the Deal of the Day intending to have some work done. But never followed up with them after purchasing the "deal." The company never contacted me either. Angie's has requested a review/feedback several times and I'm now doing that. I can't vouch for Elite's work, but they did offer a very good Deal of the Day. On the ratings below I selected "A" overall because they offered the package, but n/a for the rest because we never connected and they did no work. The "would I use them again" question assumes I used them and since I didn't I can't select either "yes or No" option provided. The last contact date below is the last Angie's contact date (with me) - I never contacted Elite, they never contacted me.

We purchased the Angie's List deal in mid-Jan with no response to emails or messages as of the end of Feb.

Everything turned out very well. They were professional and cordial.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was very good. The man was professional, courteous, efficient and honest. I just appreciated his honesty about the condition of the electrical in the house and in terms of his inspection. Someone told me that I needed something. He told me that I didn’t need that. Their price was reasonable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It did not go well. No service was performed, but this was due to the contractor's unresponsiveness.
