I needed the work done in a hurry in order to close on the sale of my condo. Rian fit me into his schedule at 5:30pm. He arrived with an assistant to do the work. I could tell he had already worked a long day and I appreciated him coming on such short notice. He is priced competitively and he is reliable. I have hired him before and would highly recommend him. He does good work and does not leave a mess. He is also a super nice guy.

Contracted contractor three times and have not heard back on scheduling. Tired of waiting.

Punctuality.. Ryan needs to learn about this and respecting the time of his customers or he will not succeed. I called Rian after reading the reviews but wanted to give him a try. I told him I was concerned he would not show up to do the work. He assured me he would. Then it went down hill from there. We discussed Ryan coming out for an appointment and doing the work during the same tume. He said he would set aside several hours / half day to do whatever we needed to get done. Well the day of our appointment came and he wasn't showing up on time. Finally we talked on the phone.. he called or I did I don't recall and he was still coming bit running late. So Ryan and a helper came out. Ryan did not want to do the work that day.. he said about 2 - 3 hours of work but he had another appointment to that he would be late for. ??? Guess I was chopped liver! No problem. I told him I didn't need it done until 5/29. We set an appointment (and price) for Ryan to come out and do all the work at noon in 5/29. This is the second PTO day I took for this. No show. No phone call. Days later... still no phone call. Perhaps Ryan was in a serious accident and not working anymore?? I doubt it. What's funny is we talked a lot about how eager he is to gain new customers a day drum up new business to stay busy. But with this Customer Service poor Ryan will not succeed.

It was fine. This was the second time I’ve had them. They did an electrical inspection. The guy was very nice and helpful. If I needed him for something specific, I would certainly use them. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing.

He arrived when he said he would and work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. W had him quote another job for us and would have used him for this job, but due to two many city codes, we decided against the project. We will definitely call again if need to.

The Provider (Rian) was running late but he called to check if I would be able to wait or reschedule. I elected to wait. He was knowledgeable, quick, technical and efficient. The outlet looks great and works well. He cleaned up all the work materials and left behind a clean site. I am very pleased with the work done and I would certainly use this provider again.

They were professional when scheduling and it seems like a smaller company. He is backed up for a couple of weeks but that is okay and we have made an appointment for the work to be done.

He was very friendly and was honest and upfront that he was too busy to get to the work as quickly as I needed. He responded immediately when I purchased the Big Deal. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

I need my electrical panel replaced. I saw this deal on Angies List and he has an "A" rating. I bought it on 4/11/14 and despite several emails, calls, and pictures sent. I still have no date scheduled for doing this work. When I do get ahold of RIan, he says it will be a few weeks. it is now a month and a half since I bought it--you are charged immediately when you buy it from here. I am very leary about this --why would he keep running specials on Angies list when he cant even get me in from an early April purchase? Seems he is getting in way over his head with running specials, and can not handle his workload, but from the reviews, this has been going on for at least 6 months. He needs to stop running specials and start servicing the people who already bought them. I work from home and have told him in emails and voicemails that I am available 24/7-ANYTIME...so there is no scheduling conflicts at all. I called Angies List today to report my dissatisfaction the lack of communication. They are assisting me with getting a different provider to do the service. Also I went with this because of the "A" rating, but in reading the reviews now, so many people say the same thing--they purchase a deal then he never shows up, he never contacts them etc. . How can he have an "A" rating?? Be very wary of purchasing any deal from this provider, it seems to be hit or miss on if you will get any service from him. That is not professional nor reliable, and certainly not what I was looking for. UPDATED--Rian did call me after I got in touch with Angies list--we made a date of 6/13/14 to come out---He did come out and replaced the panel and outdoor box (paid $450 for the outdoor work directly to him) He brought another electrician to help. Both RIan and his helper were very personable and seemed to do a great job (I have electricity :):) ) . Rian apologized for not getting back to me sooner. I liked his work, but not sure if I would use him again due to the lack of communication. When I want something done and I pay for it, I would like to not have to chase after the contractor, nor wait such a long time to get it done. Overall, happy with the work done and the price I paid.

Great guy, very accommodating. I will use again for any electrical need. Very flexible as new requests came up and has a great personality and wants everyone happy at the end.

Two guys came and did the work in about 15 minutes. They were nice and friendly.

Scheduling was great. We communicated with them by phone. They have started the work but it has not been finished yet. He is waiting for a part and it's been raining in this area.

All went very well. I was pleased with Rian's inspection and his overall professionalism. He was very helpful with some questions I had about my current electrical system, answering everything thoroughly and in layman's terms. I then asked him to quote some electrical work I intend to do in the new month (installing new light fixtures) and he offered a very acceptable quote.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good; I did not have a problem. I was satisfied and they were nice. I do not know how much this service would regularly cost and did not get an invoice so I wonder if I really got a deal. However, I was very pleased with the Big Deal price. I have purchased another Big Deal from this provider but have not heard from them. I really need the service done.

Have not heard from company since purchasing the "big deal". "The service provider will contact you within two (2) business days to schedule services"- WRONG!!! Not going to wait.

This apppointment was set up quickly. He came and installed quickly. The only problem we had with this service is on his way out of our drive way he drove over our grass. Graned, we have a narrow drive way but he left a long deep tire mark in the grass. My husband called him and and he agreed to come over and put down seed. He did as he said he would, put down seed. we wouldnt use him again because of this. But this was the only issue.

Per contractors Web site I called for a work estimate on a bath room remodel. Have not received a call or email response. Based on reviews it appears that their work is of good quality however based o the number of reviews that indicate problems with scheduling, follow up and responsiveness I find in difficult to believe that this contractor should have an A rating. Having worked in the trades in the field and in management I can attest that customer service and contractor professionalism are huge. Not responding to calls, missing appointments, being late and not communicating with the customer are not representative of an A rated contractor. This is more representative of a contractor in over his head, not equipped to handle his work load and not very organized and customer focused. Average everything out and maybe a C rating at the most but if you can't reach him how do you know.
