Rian was very punctual and pleasant. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely hire him again and will be referring him to other people.

That turned out great. They installed some track lighting. Two electricians came out it took about 6-8 hours total. I purchased the deal back in 2012, but they just recently did the service in 2014 and honored the same Big Deal price.

They were great! Did great work, were friendly and professional and their prices are excellent. It did take a long time for them to return our calls, but they acknowledged that and were apologetic and said they were working on that. I will definitely hire them again in the future, as we need more electrical work done.

Elite responded on 6/25 that the control switch for the fan was not included but could be installed for a few additional dollars. We found someone else to complete the work but will consider using Elite in the future - seems like a good company!

He was great and I was really pleased. He was a great problem-solver and was on-time for the appointment. Their responsiveness was great.

he came forty minutes late,he said that truck problems were the cause of him being late.there were two electricians.they went to work and did a good job.i do not think they clean up as good as they should.

Overall, they did a great job with the work.

My experience went well. It took awhile for us to connect to get something scheduled. They were running late for the appointment but they did let me know. They worked very efficiently and professional in the appointment. They were here for 30 minutes and I did not feel I got my $200 worth of service.

They were on time,friendly,helpful,did good work,clean up after there selves and fair prices.

This was my first time buying and using a service coupon and couldn’t be happier. This was for installation of a ceiling fan (actually, replacement of a fan with a dead motor). Two techs showed up, disassembled the old fan and installed the new fan in maybe 40 minutes (probably much faster without needing to take apart the old fan). I gladly recommend them!

It went fine. Due to the type of ceiling, and never having a ceiling fan in there prior, installing a ceiling fan in that location would be too extensive and expensive.

The big deal experience has not been pleasant.

When I purchased this deal I informed that I am only available during the afternoons. The company replied that the last appointment of the day is at 3pm. So I asked if they were available during the weekends and if not, on which weekday he was available at 3pm. This company never replied to my message or attempted to contact me.

Good Job! service was prompt, neat, delivered with a smile he worked, cleaned his work areas, and was pleasant 995.00 for panel + 325.00 to move outlet & replace canister (995.00 paid to Angies List) I would recommend Elite and will use them in the future

The guys showed up at the time they said they would. They did a pretty good job. They were friendly and clean. I'm happy with them. The price was phenomenal. It was a really nice setup that they did. I was expecting them just to put an outlet in the back of the house but they ended up putting it inside of a clear see-through box so it was really fancy. I do have some electrical work to get done in the future and they'll be somebody I'd consider.

Tom and Rian did an excellent job. Rian explained all of my options and Tom completed the work. Both were friendly and helpful.

They installed a bathroom fan and it works great. Elite was very good. We are happy with the results.

No work was performed. They never contacted me to do the work.

Overall I was satisfied. I was disappointed that I had to keep contacting before I could get a installation date.

I purchased the Angie's List deal ($99 for $200 worth of work). Contractor was late but did call to advise of that and that was appreciated. Contractor and his assistant were told that the short in the one fixture was the most important issue. Helper decided instead to start with replacing the two fixtures we purchased instead. As far as diagnosis of the third fixture on renter's side, diagnosis consisted of two minutes of work and twenty five minutes of talking. Contractor who had since arrived, told my wife not to run to the store to buy a new fixture because it would take to long. Since they found a frayed wire, I expected them to fix it or have parts to replace it. He was satisfied with telling us to simply use a different bulb. He mentioned we could work something out to have him come back. He answered the phone once then did not call back. Low prices, a lot of talk, and did not do $200 worth of labor.

I had to literally hunt the contractor down just to get scheduled. I have lost faith in this contractor and decided to go with someone else who I fell appreciates having my business. Big Deals have a bad reputation now, as Big hassles, Big waste of time. This will be my last one ever.

Purchased this deal on 5/23, sent several emails and phone calls and can't get him to respond. This is the second contractor in a row through Angie's List Big Deal that I can not get to fulfill what I purchased! Very disappointed!

We originally hired him to put in a bathroom fan using an Angie's list coupon. When he arrived to complete the job he advised us that we had overpaid for the fan and then found the same fan for $40 less. He was willing to re-schedule for a later date after we purchased the fan. In the mean time we had the bathroom remodeled and they installed the fan. We called Elite Electric back and scheduled him to change a number of outlets in our home. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. We will definitely hire him again.
