My experienced turned out fine. It took a little longer than expected to get something scheduled. There were three or four people here doing the work.

All went well. She came and told me about the best color match. Her guys were there a week later and it was all done.

I had a very positive experience from the sale to installation. I felt the price was fair and the crew was very quick, courteous, and friendly. I would use them again if I need more windows installed.

I'm very happy with the window. Everything looks great! They installers arrived on time and finished the job in a couple of hours. Everything was cleaned up well. I had to pay above the Angie's List coupon deal because my window was a bit larger than 101 inches. I still don't have a clear picture of how much the coupon deal saved me. Even though Abby responded to my question, I don't feel that I got a clear answer. However, I'm satisfied with the amount that I paid for my window. When Abby first came to my house to give me an estimate, she didn't have very many pictures of sample windows; I was hoping she would have some when she came. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase and experience with Abby Windows.

Work and window were great. Minor issue with trim and would have liked the trim first so staining would have been easier. Waited for the lien waiver and warranty paper work for a while, which is why the C in responsiveness.

Of all the quotes we got Abby came and gave us the information we need, no small talk. She was the only person to bring a sample window in to show us how good her windows were. Told us her history of how such a young woman got into this competitive business and answered any questions we had. Her brother-in-law and some long-time employees do the installation, which was delayed a week due to deer hunting and Thanksgiving. We were concerned about getting them in before the snow started, but there was no snow December 3rd. Actually it was misting, damp and light rain the whole day. We came home a couple of times and were impressed on how the bay window was installed with cables in the top of the house and they had to correct the bay window and kitchen window as they were installed by family and were uneven. You could see the experience and smooth installation and they worked good as a team. The team stayed until 7:30 or so and used lights and finished in one day. They took the old windows cleaned up after themselves and all three installers did a great job. Probably due to the later hour they missed replacing the outside trim on the bathroom window. After communication with Abby it will be handled so all the windows are white. The windows are top quality and we couldn't have gotten them in at a better time with the terrible Wisconsin winter we had. The noise is less, it's warmer and our heating bill appears to have good savings. Thank you Abby and Abby Windows for giving our old small house a necessary upgrade good looks all in one. The neighbors continue to compliment us.

We are very pleased with the results

We were impressed immediately upon meeting Abby. She was prepared, knowledgeable and forthright. Compared to the other companies who quoted the project, we felt her products were superior and her prices were competitive. Everything went according to schedule. Her installers were punctual and professional. I could nit-pick their cleanliness (replacing the rug OVER the dirty footprints guys? Really?), but overall no complaints. The one blemish came post-installation. I called Abby to follow-up regarding the color of the thresholds that were installed. I thought we had agreed to a dark bronze finish, but we got a silver finish. Not a big deal and when I spoke to Abby she said she'd look into it and call me back. That was about 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from her. Again, not a big deal, but it's a shame I didn't get a call back b/c I would have given her straight A's.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others.

They were a little late on the expected service date but they made up for with quality of work professionalism and communication.

Awesome! The price for triple pane windows was by far the best of the 5 companies I got estimates from even though some of those companies were only quoting on double pane, and Abby was the only one who could provide wood grain vinyl for not just the windows but the jambs and trim. The new windows look phenomenal, have performed extremely well in all the record-breaking freezing cold days we've had, and I'm scheduling round 2 now with Abby to replace some additional windows. Installation went smoothly with much less disruption than I feared, and her brother-in-law who does all the installing worked hard and efficiently. I was very pleased from day 1 when Abby was able to accurately assess our needs in a brief 30 minute meeting. Other companies spent well over an hour before giving me an estimate and one company spent 2 hours at my house! She seemed the most knowledgeable and didn't waste my time trying to convince me with confusing facts and numbers why I should use her company. Get an estimate from Abby.

| |Abby was great with communicating that an expedite order would be placed with the install prior to Dec 6th. Though it did not occur. Following up with Abby I was informed it would be a January install. With the cold weather, size of the window etc. I recommended that we revisit this in the Spring. The delays are much longer than what I have experienced in the past with other companies who are in this line of work. I am not sure if this would be the same if purchased outside of the BIG DEAL. The Workmanship was excellent, but do to the delays and not actively receiving update information as it occurs, paying a value much higher than expected and awaiting the install of one remaining storefront window, I unfortunately will not use this provider.

Replaced 5 double-hung windows, 1 large picture window, and 4 high lite windows with 2 double sliders and 2 single sliders. These were triple pane krypton gas filled windows. Abby's idea to use sliders instead of double-hungs was just what we needed. Other contractors had quoted almost three times the price for double-hungs. We are really plesed with the result. When I talked to the owner she said that if the prices don’t suit my budget I can refund the Big Deal, so I have chosen to do so. The pricing was too high. I have a feeling she does quality work, but for that pricing, I would think she would have more contact with her prospective clients. There wasn’t much follow up after she quoted me on the doors from a brochure. She never asked me if I thought the pricing was in line and there was never a written proposal. I thought there should have been more contact there

Excellent - she contacted us right away to schedule an appointment. Our (single) window was to replace two existing windows - we upgraded to a dark oak finish which cost an extra $75 (well worth it). The window is beautiful. It didn't take long for the order to come in, and the installer was quick and kept everything nice and clean (this was in our bedroom). Great service/would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's list discounted service from Abby's. Our home is 6 years old and the siding contractor that we used was totally incompetent. He did not trim the siding properly. The result is that when summer comes and the sun beats down on the south side of the house the siding expands and pops off the row above or below it. I wanted an expert to tell me if this was repairable and how much it might cost. I contacted Abby and asked for an appointment. She told me that she would have her siding installer call me and set up an appointment. After a week and no call I called Abby back. She was slow to get back to me but when she did she said she would get in touch with her installer again and get him to set up an appointment. Another week goes by and still no call from the installer. I call Abby back again. She says she will come out and look at the siding. She came out a few days later and looked it over. She said she would have a different installer come and look at it. So finally this second guy calls me and makes an appointment. I noticed his cell number was a Chicago area code. When he showed up I asked him if he was from Chicago and he said yes. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he said there wasn't anything that could be done with the siding short of re-doing the entire side of the house. So, in the end, the service was fine but it was frustrating to have to keep trying to get someone to show up.

I would absolutely use this company again! Abby was great and on time. We originally planned on having only our guest bedroom windows replaced, but while she was there I asked about replacing our two ugly side by side front windows (complete with the wood panels built in) with a large window. She gave me a good price, so we bought those also! I had an electronic final quote the same day. The windows came in at the expected time and the installer was very friendly. Although he was somewhat late, I was still pleased with my experience. The product is excellent quality. They are basically the same as my WeatherTight window at a fraction of the cost!

Made appointments and never showed up. Called to say would be late then never showed up.

Copnay representtive came out very soon after contact. Sent workman out to neasure soon after. Had problem with installation scheduling which was issue between owner and installer but was very happy wit h the final result

I filled out a form for an estimate on their web site and Abby responded later that day via email. I set up an appointment and Abby arrived on time. She immediately got down to business and gave me no sales pitch at all, which was very refreshing. She started out with the doors, took some measurements and showed me the available options via a few brochures. She priced out two different options for me (I don't remember the quote). Next she measured the windows and told me about the window she offers. I was quoted $650/window. I told her I wanted to think about it and she left. I never heard back from Abby, which I thought was somewhat weird. I opted to use a different company based on the type/style of door I wanted.
