"We hired Cain to do work in our basement in November 2024, in January, he informed us that they were not doing any work any longer and the money we gave him as a down payment would be returned in a few days, it is now April and we have not seen those funds returned. We have found out since that he has a history of taking money under one company name, then stopping after he has your money and opening a new company name. We will be filing a claim against Cain and his companies to recover the money he has taken. We have contacted him many times and not received any response from him. This is a buyer beware company. Due to the nature/age of our cabinets, getting the hidden hinges installed involved a bit of creativity, but Adam found the solution and everything looks great. Adam and team were extremely responsive and punctual, and overall they did a great and prompt job. It was clear that they are very careful and meticulous with their work, which we appreciated.
