Department of Energy grant to study the "honeycomb" concept of window insulation. In 1982 we were granted a patent on our very own "Seal-A-Shade" product. We also began selling passive solar rooms. Over time passive solar sunrooms became our main product. We have built over 2000 sun room, patio room and room additions. "If you need a bathroom done, call someone else. We noticed water leaking outside the shower walls. We called. The first fix was them putting dry wall putty into a wet hole without finding the problem. My finger went right through the hole.They randomly half caulked one side of the shower wall panels.Days later, water continues to leak, and we lifted up the flooring to discover the flooring and subfloor had been soaked from the leaking shower. They come back. Cut out the drywall and caulk the entire shower that WAS NEVER CAULKED TO BEGIN WITH, we had to request they do this.Owner stated it wasn't mold, even though it wouldn't come off. Every time we had them come back, it looked worse. After they said they"fixed" everything, they did not replace the trim. Left paint on the floors, a screw from the new drywall is exposed after sanding and painting it and various pant chips. I've never seen a company rush to get a job done in all my life. We had to call them to come back and finish the initial job. We saved for years, YEARS FOR THIS REMODEL, and we SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Never again will I have a contractor come to my home."

Matrix completed a basement for my neighbor so we called for a design/estimate, I am glad we did they were professional, courteous and made themselves welcome guests in our home. They utilized the window wells to move materials as well as come-and-go, so there was minimal distractions to our day. My wife works from home and they were no bother. "We hired Cain to do work in our basement in November 2024, in January, he informed us that they were not doing any work any longer and the money we gave him as a down payment would be returned in a few days, it is now April and we have not seen those funds returned. We have found out since that he has a history of taking money under one company name, then stopping after he has your money and opening a new company name. We will be filing a claim against Cain and his companies to recover the money he has taken. We have contacted him many times and not received any response from him. This is a buyer beware company. I would look for someone else before working with him again"
