The technicians came on time and walked through the areas with me to make sure they understood what I wanted. They took care of the bigger furniture to clean the main spaces. We have berber carpet that can get dingy and stick cleanings do not make it look any better. Rotovac seems to be the best tool to make it look new again. Our couch had been in a battle with small kids with a stomach bug and needed a general deep cleaning. The couch looks and smells like new again.

Very professional group that cares about its clientele and its reputation. Arrived on time - even a bit early from 25 miles away. Asked pertinent questions and went to work. Within 2 hours everything was done and looked great. They explained that the set in stains may return - since they had before and that it was probably the result of using another service that injects more water into rugs and sets the stain in the padding - when water is added stains re-emerge. Left us with a bottle of professional stain remover that is refillable for 1 year. It has been 1 month since the cleaning. Also offer some type of guarantee - can't remember exactly the period of time but they will come back within this timeframe to re-clean if you are not satisfied. The rugs still look good, though 1 of the shadows is returning. I guess I can't expect too much more the carpeting is over 10 years old.

I have them come out a couple times a year to clean our carpets. They do a wonderful job every time. In addition to the living room carpet, they did six chairs where they cleaned the upholstery. They are very tidy workers, they have people working with each other to keep everything wiped clean as they're working. They did a wonderful job, have fantastic prices, and very nice people to work with. I'd give them a "A"!

There is nothing I dislike; they are very professional and friendly. They had to come back for a spot that was not removed and they did that with no problem; they were very prompt. I will use them again in the future.

My son had been sick and made a huge mess on our carpet (everything that you think may have happened, did). We have very light berber and even when I had paid to have it professionally cleaned in the past it never looked very good for long. When Tim started cleaning with the roto wand he showed me a side by side comparison of the floor and I couldn't believe my eyes. Nearly two months later it still looks really good and now I don't feel like I have to replace it right away.
