I think we got a coupon. It was very quick and easy. The carpet cleaning was very thorough and very clean. It didn’t take too long; I thought it would take longer and it didn’t. We even had some tough spots like the traffic areas. Everything was really good. With regard to price, they were very reasonable. We had done a couple of quotes through other people. In fact, we even considered just getting a Steamfast. But when we read how they cleaned, it turned us to them. I referred them to my neighbors.

My off white carpet had multiple blood stains from my dog's nicked nail (don't clip nails near white carpet)! It was three days (due to a weekend) before Fox Valley Cleaners could come to clean. Chris, the technician was extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He applied specific products for the blood stain issue, and there is not a trace of blood now. In fact, I had had my carpets cleaned about three months ago by a reputable competitor, and my husband and I agreed the carpets were cleaner than right after the cleaning three months ago.

He cleaned our livingroom, hallways, bedroom, office and walk-in closet. He also applied Scotch Gard to carpet. He was very professional.

Fox Valley Cleaners did such a great job on our carpet! We had set in stains that would not come out with anything else, and they got them out! Our off-white carpet looks almost brand new! We were so impressed with his services, we can't wait to use him at our personal house!

We just finished up an addition to the upstairs of our home where we added a bedroom over our garage. In doing this, we moved our children into different rooms. The stairs were also in very rough condition from all of the construction traffic. Fox Valley Cleaners, utilizing the Rotovac, did a wonderful job renewing the carpet in our home. The bedrooms that were cleaned have seen years of use and most areas really look as good as new. The hallway has a fresh look and considering how bad the stairs were, they look wonderful. We almost considered just replacing the hallway and stairway carpeting. The price was more than I have paid others for a similar service in the past, but the results were worth the extra money. A wise man once said, if you can't afford to do it right the first time, you can't afford to do it twice. The technician was respectful and hard working. I would have been comfortable with him being in our home, even if we were not there.

Set up an appt two weeks in advance and then the companies office manager cancelled a day before the appt. Could not provide services within time frame needed. Went with another service who could responded immediately.

I always use Fox Valley Cleaners because they are the best. We have our carpets cleaned at least once a year. They cleaned the carpets in the bedrooms and the living room. They are excellent. I have a dog and three cats and my carpet is fourteen years old and it looks like new every time they are done. They are well worth every penny and they are kind of hard to get into because they stay pretty busy but they are definitely worth the money.

. .Called to remind us of our appointment shortly before his prompt arrival. Very friendly and courteous. He did an excellent job of cleaning a 20+ year old carpet that had never been professionally cleaned! It now looks great! I would say that the majority of the carpet looks like new..I could not be more pleased. I would certainly use them again. The entire cleaning process took less than 2 hours and drying time was approximately 7-8 hours. That, of course, would depend on humidity, house temperature, etc.

The gentelman who did the cleaning measured up my sq. footage and provded an estimate. Asked if Iwould also like to have the carpeting scotch guarded (explained benifits, etc.) but did not pressure me into purchasing. The job was completed very professionally and and my carpeting looked fantastic. My carpeting is 15 years old and when the cleaning was completed it looked like new. I was provided a small bottle of solution to use in case I get any hard to remove stains. The drying time took longer than I expected...about 24 hours. I would have Fox Valley Cleaners come again in a heart beat. I recommeded them to a friend who recently used them and they too were amazed at the fantastic job that they did.

Service technician arrived on time. He described services he would provide and asked me for areas of concern. Before starting he gave me a pre-work estimate of price. He was very professional and courteous. He did a great job with my carpets. They looked better than they had in years. We were very happy with his work and would definitely call him again.

They may do good work but I never found out. Had a Groupon with them for 400SqFt for $40 dollars and when they showed up they tried to charge me an additional $41 "fuel surcharge" because I was father than 20 miles as the Groupon stated as a boundary. They claimed I was 26 miles but Google Maps clearly showed I was 19.9 miles. I also only had 338 SqFt per the tech that showed up. The owner claimed the fuel surcharge was listed on the Groupon, it was not. Feel free to review here: http://www.groupon.com/deals/fox-valley-cleaners-2. The onsite tech reviewed the Groupon and looked at the Google Map and agreed there was no reason for a surcharge but the owner still wouldn't honor it. All this and my rug was barely dirty and is a 30 year stainmaster so it would have been a quick job for them. I'm sure Groupon will refund the money but beware that they are not good at honoring their deals. Their response below is not accurate, as I said in my review even the tech they sent agreed I was inside (just) 20 miles and in complete compliance with the rules of the Groupon. Not to mention they were on site already and they left a dissatisfied customer to try and make a point. This speaks volumes to their business ethics and willingness to make a customer happy. Don't trust anything they quote at face value. Seems like a classic bait and switch tactic to me.

Absolutely AMAZING results! Very professional technician. This company knocked my socks off. I honestly never thought our carpet would look this good again. I was actually PLANNING on having spots remain after I got home tonight. But no -- it's like someone just put new carpeting in my home! And the customer service is top notch. Doing the happy dance!!!

The overall experience was terrific. They actually arrived early. Everything was completely explained to me and he even gave us booties to wear until the carpet was completely dry.

Tim was very prompt in getting back to us and getting out to the house to get us a quote. This was a new house that we had purchased that we were getting cleaned prior to moving in. The move was local and we have had other carpet cleaning companies in the area clean our carpets and tile. We had never tried Fox Valley Cleaners and decided to give them a try after reading reviews on Angie's list. All I can say is WOW... these guys did an outstanding job. Tim and Allen came out the day of and explained what they were going to do; they were punctual, even called to let us know they would be on time. They walked through the house with us and pointed out stains they would try to get out and others that they thought was no chance, but would give it a try. They took exceptional care of everything when bringing in their equipment /hoses. We ended up going with the rotovac service on the carpets. The carpets looked good as new when they were done. Even more impressive than the carpets was the tile cleaning; night and day difference in the grout cleanliness when they were done. The cushions on the dining chairs also looked great. They started at 8:00AM and were at the house until about 3:00PM. We would definitely hire them again.

We called to have the living room carpet cleaned. We have three dogs, so we wanted spot cleaning also. They came in an cleaned. When the carpet dried, you can see where all the spots. We have pok-a-dotted carpet. Called them back, to spot clean again. For an extra $ 50 they will spot clean (which we asked for in the beginning), or for another $200 plus material they will replace the carpet pad. For the amount of money they want us to spend, we can put in laminate flooring... unless they can put the dirt back into the floor :o) I will not be using these guys again.

I was so very pleased with the results, especially the stairs. I have had other carpet cleaners in the past, but was never as pleased and satisfied with the outcome as I was with Fox Valley Cleaners. I told my neighbor about them, and she too had her carpets done. I will definitely be having them come back whenever my furniture or carpets are in need of cleaning.

Because we did not know the date for moving into our new house with much lead time, I was not able to call Tim Garvey at Fox Valley Cleaners until just over a week before our household goods were scheduled to be delivered. He promised he would be able to clean the carpets throughout our house prior to the move-in date. He met me on the first evening I was available to provide a quote and his crew came to the house the next evening. They arrived 15 minutes early, were very polite and pleasant, and clearly explained the work they were going to do. They paid attention to detail and did thorough, high quality work. It was clear that everyone involved took pride in their work and was committed to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Fox Valley Cleaners.

They were on time and very professional. The carpet is only two years old but they were able to take some stains out that I thought would be there forever. They did clean the kitchen and back bathroom ceramic floor. They did a really nice and job and it looked wonderful. The only negative was that they had us sign a form saying that if they broke anything they were not responsible for any cost. This did give us pause and may have look elsewhere in the future. It is a shame because they did a good job but I feel that they should be responsible for any damage they cause.

After a call to set an appointment, a technician came to our home to give estimate, answer all questions and to clean a sample area of carpeting. (Special offer of the month) On the scheduled day of cleaning, a technician and his helper came to clean carpets. They were extremely hardworking, professionals that arrived on time, and came with a 'can do' attitude. Carpets did not get over worked with equipment, stains were removed without damage to carpet, and the carpets were almost dry when they were finished. I am very pleased with the results and would hire this company again.

They moved furniture, assisted with emptying the last of the stuff that remained on the floors (night stands and a bunch of boxes) and were totally cordial.
