Description of Work: Our computer was extremely slow to respond. Kyle (the owner) first came to our house for a free estimate. We chose to perform a complete overhaul of our system, instead of a cheaper cleanup of the computer systems. Kyle returned on a second visit to pick up the computer and discuss what programs we wanted to keep on the computer. Both my husband and I needed to be there for that visit. He took the computer for a few days and returned it better than new. Much, much better than new. Our computer has never been this fast. I can't believe the cost is as low as it is for what he provided. When he returned the computer he spent several hours setting it up per our preferences, helping us understand any changes he had made, configuring our other electronic devices to sync properly with the newly updated computer, etc. Amazing.
