Terry responded immediately and was at my house within 3 hours. He quickly sized up the job and performed exactly what I needed done, thoroughly and professionally. He cleaned up and bagged the trimmings for City pick-up. We have used him on several occasions and always found his work and to be excellently done and very reasonably priced. No reason to call anybody else. Pleasant demeanor and easy to work with.

Terry is a very thorough craftsman. He needed to realign my porch gutters because the original roofer left them unable to drain properly. Big problem! Terry carefully explained the problems, and his approach to fixing them. Stayed way longer than he'd thought he would need to, to get the job done right.

They came to our home in advance to observe what the remedies might be and then discussed all options and what their respective costs would be. After accepting one of the options we scheduled the work through ongoing communications that included land-line, cell phone, text, and e-mail. They were always in touch and provided updates when work hit a snag a required a creative "work-around". Can't say enough about the guys adherence to quality and their unwillingness to settle for just "good enough". Terry did a very excellent job. He explained what it was he’d be doing in great detail. He made pretty quick work of the job, but completed the task with top notch quality. He even took it upon himself to replace the piece of wood the mailbox was attached to with a new piece that was sealed in waterproof wrapping. This was not included in the quote but the price didn’t change. Terry was very pleasant, polite and professional. I strongly recommend and will be giving him a call the next time I need something done.

He did a great job and one of the boards he replaced was weeping sap. I tried to scrape it off and seal it but it continued to weep sap. So I called Terry a year after the job was finished and told him the board was leaking sap. He made an appointment and came over and replaced it. So he stands by his work.

Terry arrived right on time. He was professional, helpful, and very personable from start to finish. He even gave me some tips and tricks for other house projects that I mentioned were on my to-do list. I will hire again as I now have a to-do list for Terry, too!

Terry came the same day I called. He looked over my lighting situation, and made 20 minutes of thoughtful suggestions. In the end, we decided the best course of action was one that doesn't require his services; he was fine with that. He spent another 20 minutes up on a ladder diagnosing my gutter drainage problem. Now I know what the problem is. But again Terry suggested that I first contact the contractor who originally installed the gutters. Again, he invested a lot of time and effort, only to recommend that I should probably spend my money with somebody other than him! I appreciate very much that honest and generous approach, and will definitely contact him again when work projects come up in my home.

Terry arrived within minutes of when he said he would be here. He thoroughly looked over what we told him needed to be done and gave us an honest, well planned, and executed repair. He was friendly, has a sense of humor, and was finished much more quickly than I thought possible. What pleased my husband the most was that it cost less than we expected.

Went well especially for a cold day. He fixed the damage and alerted me to a bigger problem. Dry rot on my sheathing, referded me to a contractor for the needed repair.

Terry arrived promptly at time we agreed upon. I reviewed my "honey do list" with Terry and he promptly got started. All jobs were completed professionally and area was cleaned. Any change in plan was communicated clearly with me.

Terry was proficient at re-plumbing the sink faucet and laundry drains as well as a couple of minor side projects that were added on. He worked with our schedule and I'm happy with the outcome. There will be more projects in the future!

Started the repair and I added on a toilet install and a new wash tub and wall repair in the laundry room. Terry completed the toilet install and prepped the shower ceiling. Coming back on Friday to keep going with projects. Terry was friendly and knowledgeable.

Terry showed up early, removed and upon request, disposed of my old light fixtures, and put up the chandelier and the other new fixture. He did a good thorough job and was very friendly. He quoted me a price ahead of time and stuck to it regardless of the time it took to get the job done. I will definitely hire him again.

Terry was very helpful! He worked with Menards and Maeling Lumber to help get parts needed to fix the patio window. He was very good at giving us updates on the status of parts we were waiting for. Terry was Geary pleasant and professional. He even brought our dog treats! We will hire him again.

Took a long time as the job required multiple tasks, but it was a long time. The mailboxes were not level with one another when the job was complete but Terry came back to amend the situation the next day. He worked **** ** the job.

This "handyman" refused to work on my older house because it might be painted with lead paint and he is not "certified" to deal with lead paint. So save yourself some time if you have an older home and don't bother calling him!! Why is he even advertising as a handyman if he won't work on older homes? He should at least stipulate "NO OLDER HOMES" in his ad.

I had Handyman247 come to my home to give me an estimate on texturing walls and replacing some vinyl flooring. He actually came to my home twice; the first trip, he looked everything over, asked questions and took measurements. The second trip was to take some additional measurements. He said he would contact me by the end of the next week, to give me the estimate. That was in August. Today is October 12, 2017. I never heard a word from him. It was very disappointing. I wouldn't suggest him to anyone.
