Description of Work: SPS did new roofing on both my home and garage. The work was beautifully done and in one day! They brought supplies in the day before the project, were at the house at 7:00 AM and completed the work before the end of the day. They also did all cleanup before leaving.... an exceptional experience! Tim also suggested a project to me that I had not even contemplated but one that has given me great pleasure. There was a 20 year old screen porch on the detached garage that was showing it's age and was not as functional as it could be. He and I looked at options, went together to choose materials, and two very competent young men did all the work. I could not believe my eyes when the project was completed! I now have a beautiful enclosed glassed in space that I treasure and will sing the praises of SPS to anyone who will listen. Great job, great people, and workers who provide more than you anticipate.

Description of Work: I called while my roof was leaking, was told I would receive a call by the end of the day, and they never called back. I ended up having to patch it up myself. I called another roofer, who came promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate for repair. To date, (12 days later) this company has still never contacted me. I can't help but think that if I needed a new roof the call would have been returned. If you have a small job, call someone else.

Description of Work: I had one of those drive-by roofing companies stop and tell me I had hail damage so I checked the list and called Nick at SPS for a 2nd opinion. He was right over and saved me from the mother of all insurance scams! The first "roofer" left a note saying to call my insurance co immediately and not my agent, I knew something was fishy and Nick confirmed it. By doing what they had said regardless of the extent of the damage I'd be locked in to having the roof redone with huge deductibles and increase premiums and if I didn't have it done my coverage may have been canceled or modified so that should I get real damage it wouldn't be covered. Thank you Nick!

Description of Work: They did a complete tear off of our house and garage, and put on new architectural shingles. They also redid our attic venting and brought it up to code.
