He took great pide in his work and wanted to make sure it was done right. When I received my bill I was expecting it to be quite a bit more and was very happy with all he did.

Everything went perfect. He was on time, courteous, enjoyed working and was very reasonably priced. In fact, the job turned out to be bigger than we thought but he refused to take more money than his estimate. I have several other projects around the house and I will definitely call on Nikos to do the work.

Nikos and I had some difficulty connecting as he was out of town, but once I reconnected, the service, professionalism, and craftsmanship was outstanding. He is quite detail oriented and the pride he takes in his work is clear. He checked, rechecked, cleaned up, then checked one more time before he was satisfied that the work he'd done met his high standards. He explained to me every part of the process, and demonstrated each step he took. He was extremely transparent about any costs, giving me receipts for the parts and being very reasonable in his fee for labor. He stressed that I should let him know if there was any leakage or if the bolts he installed became loose so that he could come back and repair at not cost (tightening the bolts again in 6 months was also at no cost). The evening of the day he made the repair, I received a reminder from him to check for leakage, so if there was any he could repair it. (there was slight leakage, but it kept diminishing...He had explained to me that as the seals compressed this was likely to happen, so again... no surprises) I am to call him (he was very clear about this) if that hasn't stopped by tomorrow. (I'm afraid he won't sleep! :) ) I have been saving to remodel the bathroom he worked in today, and in addition to being a handyman, he has some fine arts background and took a long time (at no cost) to talk with me about reasonable options I would never have considered on my own. I will be working with him hopefully this summer on that bathroom. Bottom Line: Contact him soon; he is likely to start booking fast as his reputation grows!

He does a very good job. He is a real craftsmen and has very high standards or an idea of what quality work should be. He gets frustrated like for example if he is working for somebody else temporarily and they don't have that it's frustrating to him because he really demands a lot from himself. He gets the job done and it's done right. I think it is very reasonable myself.
