Description of Work: We had Nikos put a bathroom fan/light in for us We have an older house so he ran into quite a few issues but was able to work through them very well for us All in all things went well It cost alittle more than expected but that's because of the different issues he ran into & the time it took

Description of Work: Nikkos repaired our brick front stoop by removing, cleaning, replacing and remortaring the bricks. He did a superb job and is a master craftsman. We would (&hopefully will) hire him again😀!

Description of Work: They never contacted me but you took my money.

Description of Work: Nikos expertly patched a drywall hole, fixed a leaking gutter, and rehung a towel rack. I am completely satisfied with his work, knowledge, and professionalism and would not hesitate to request his services in the future.

Description of Work: He replaced some damaged siding and re-installed a toilet in the basement. I haven't received the bill yet so can't comment on that but I'm sure whatever it is it will be fair. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and will call them again.

Description of Work: Installed French bi-fold doors and a laundry room door. Took a long time to get him to our house after I bought the 79.00 for 2 hours of handyman service on Angie's list. He said he was in the middle of another project that would take him 3-4 weeks. Finally, 4 weeks later he was able to break away. Nikos is a very professional & friendly man. I just wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did. We did talk a lot about the project at hand and future projects. Just wish I could have gotten more for my money in those 6 hours he was at my home.

Description of Work: Nikos helped us put up some siding. He has the tools to cut and install the plywood and siding. We were not able to finish the job in the short time frame we had, but he set things up so that we could finish it ourselves.

Description of Work: Niko was fantastic, showed up on time, was professional and concise. We spoke and agreed on what needed to be done and he did a great job. Niko's workmanship is superior and Niko is very personable. He cleaned up after himself and did all the work within the time frame agreed upon. I will definitely use Niko's in the future.

Description of Work: so far Nicos has been great! As I showed him around the house and told him about various small projects, he fixed my shower head and gave great advice to me! He will be here to do some work in 2 days and will update you as to how things went...so far so good!

Description of Work: Niko's Home Improvement did some home repair and I think he put in a faucet in my kitchen. He does all types of stuff.
