Description of Work: Returning home from a family trip over spring break we found our hot water not working and a strong smell of gas in the basement near the hot water heater. We immediately began calling around for someone who could come out at 10:30 at night on a Sunday. Due to their proximity to our little town Kelly was one of our first calls. Based on the speed of response, and reasonable cost of an emergency call we went with Kelly. Mr. Small (their staffer) arrived within 30 minutes and less than an hour later our problem was repaired. It turned out that the control module was broken and needed to be replaced. The next day he followed up to make sure things were still working correctly. I would recommend Kelly and will likely use them again if need be.
