They were very professional and very friendly. I had called another company but they said that they couldn’t even come out till the next day but Roto-Rooter came out the same day.

They were prompt and showed up on time. They did the work and found the parts even though it took them a week and a half to find since it was tough getting them. Their quality of work was good and I was very satisfied with what they did. Their pricing is average when compared to other plumbers. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future.

Since it was the weekend, I had to wait longer but overall the job was done, My phone call was answered promptly. The person notified e when he was coming and when he could return.

I have never given a bad review but, here goes... I worked with Rotor Rooter from December, 2010 to May, 2011 on the same drain field problem. Was finally told to call someone else since they would be 3 to 4 times more expensive then another local company (Valley Septic). They actually wrote that on one of my bills. After 5 months I never did receive a quote from Rotor Rooter so was surprised that they stated that. I had a backhoe sitting in my backyard for 6 weeks with very little communication from them, except when I called inquiring about progress. I was told repeatedly they were waiting for the drain field design (which they never did get).. The new company I called gave me a quote within 2 days and completed the job within 2 weeks. Granted, some of the preliminary work had already been done (soil sample and permits) but I feel Rotor Rooter was not equipped to do the job and should have said so up front instead of letting me spend thousands with them first and then telling me to call someone else. I paid the final bill the day they finally removed their backhoe, only to be told later that I still owed more money! I learned a very expensive lesson and I hope by writing this review I will save someone else from making the same mistake.

Went fine, he was professional answered all of my questions and gave me a copy of all charges as well as the 6 month promise.

I called at 8am and they were here before 9am. The gentleman was very nice and explained what needed to be done, and kept me informed as he continued to work. Labor is guaranteed for 7 days and parts for 1 year, very pleased with service, will call again if needed and recommend to friends and family.

Our toilet had started gurgling when the shower was running, and the shower/tub was slow to drain. Then the toilet wouldn't completely empty when it was flushed. We thought we had a clog in one of the pipes. We called Roto Rooter at about 8 am on Monday and they answered within one or two rings. They asked us what was wrong and after hearing our explanation said that they would have someone at our home that morning. About an hour and half later, we received a call saying that someone would be there in about 15 to 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, a guy was at the door. He looked at the toilet, the shower and the piping. He told us he would have to take off the toilet to clear it out. He told us the price before he started working and once we agreed, he got right to work. It only took him about an 30 minutes to determine that it was roots that were blocking the drain. He cleared them out and replaced the seal and put the toilet back on. He cleaned up, went over the services he performed, explained the 6 month guarantee and we paid him. He was friendly, quick and took care of what we needed! I did not have time to call around to compare prices, so I'm not sure how competitive their services are priced - that is the only reason I did not rate their prices.

The whole process went great! The drain now works great and the plumber gave me some tips about keeping the drains in the house running free.
