"We had Mat put in a fence to expand our side yard and keep the two small dogs in. He installed the fence, sinking the posts in concrete, and added a gate that we can drive our Polaris Ranger through to access a shed under our deck. Mat has also done other projects for us. He installed 3 doors that had been kicked in during a burglary, built a bench to cover the pump for the fish pond, refurbished and finished an heirloom cedar chest, repaired some rotted deck boards, and completed other small projects around the property. Mat and Esther are great to work with. Mat can either estimate a project or, for open-ended small jobs, offer an hourly rate."

"I contracted with Buena Vista Roofing (BVR) for a complete tear-off and re-roof of my parents house in Vancouver, WA. BVR came highly recommended by one of their neighbors, so I took his recommendation and called. From that initial phone call to the completion of the job, working with BVR was a great experience. The estimator performed a complete set of measurements and provided a quote that was fair. There was even a discount for being a senior citizen and a military veteran! The BVR crew of 3 workers showed up on time each day and went about their work. Once the old roofing was removed, the lead man could see areas where there was damaged/rotted roof decking (plywood) that needed replacement. The highly skilled crew cut out the bad sections and â puzzledâ in the new plywood pieces perfectly. BTW - the additional charge for the repairs that they made was very reasonable. After 3 ½ days and a lot of hard work, the transformation was complete and the new roof looks fantastic. I went atop the roof with the BVR inspector, and took lots of pictures. The workmanship is absolutely top notch. If you need a new roof, BVR should be your 1st call."
