I contracted with Buena Vista Roofing (BVR) for a complete tear-off and re-roof of my parents house in Vancouver, WA. BVR came highly recommended by one of their neighbors, so I took his recommendation and called. From that initial phone call to the completion of the job, working with BVR was a great experience. The estimator performed a complete set of measurements and provided a quote that was fair. There was even a discount for being a senior citizen and a military veteran! The BVR crew of 3 workers showed up on time each day and went about their work. Once the old roofing was removed, the lead man could see areas where there was damaged/rotted roof decking (plywood) that needed replacement. The highly skilled crew cut out the bad sections and â puzzledâ in the new plywood pieces perfectly. BTW - the additional charge for the repairs that they made was very reasonable. After 3 ½ days and a lot of hard work, the transformation was complete and the new roof looks fantastic. I went atop the roof with the BVR inspector, and took lots of pictures. The workmanship is absolutely top notch. If you need a new roof, BVR should be your 1st call.

Buena Vista did a wonderful job replacing the roof of my 1970's ranch style house. There were MANY issues that sprung up during the roof replacement and the Buena Vista team explained all the options and issues as they were discovered. There was significant water damage to my roof and another area wasnt properly sheathed at all! The team was able to replace the damaged area without much damage to the schedule, very nice. Everyone was very easy to deal with. When I called for an estimate, they sent someone within a few days. I got an easy to understand estimate. I scheduled the work and had it done within 2 days. The workers were helpful and explained everything they did.

Prompt estimate was within my budget. They were ready to start right away. They work fast to get old shingles off (three layers) had to replace some plywood and 2x8's.They worked in the rain until it turned into hail. Nice people, neat and organized. They were careful with my possessions. I'd hire them again.

They responded quickly when I had a leak. Slightly lower than other 2 bids. Communicated well and thoroughly. Responded to phone and email questions quickly and pleasantly. They worked without yelling or blaring music! Put new shingles on my shed as a bonus!

Excellent job performed by Buena Vista Roofing. The work was completed very quickly and in a high-quality manner. Additionally a few "extras" were completed at no additional cost including adding a new rooftop vent for my dryer as well as some roof vents in an outbuilding. Work also included replacing 4 skylights and reroofing a shed. Buena Vista was not the cheapest nor the most expensive out of the 4 bids I received however, their bid was the most detailed, the warranty was great, AND I even chose this company over the previous company that reroofed my previous home. Hands down happy and I'll be dead before I need another new roof, but I'll definitely recommend Buena Vista to anyone who's looking for a new roof.

Buena Vista did an entire replacement on my flat roof. In addition to a new roof deck, the entire structure was re-engineered to vastly improve drainage and ventilation. They go the extra mile for quality work

Excellent experience, the only reason for the 4.5 on quality of work was that some nails were missed after the tear off. I provided the feedback to the office and they were very thankful as it gave them a way of continuing to improve their process. Great company, will certainly recommend.
