We have had the monthly Premium Service for about seven months. Customer service is very reliable and prompt in responding to any needs or issues as they arise. We have also interacted directly with the onsite workers. Thay have all been courteous and professional. The work is performed very well and we have been very satisfied with the work performed. They will adjust to your preferences as requested. We would highly recommend to anyone needing professional and reliable service.

Since we have had our twin daughters my wife and I have had much less of an opportunity to keep the front and rear garden maintained. As the bad weather is approaching we spent some time looking for a company to come in and clean the place up ready for winter. After looking at a few companies we settled on ProGrass. Adam and his crew turned up nice and early and worked through the day. The results we outstanding and we couldn't be happier. The front lawn, flower beds and Japanese maple tree in the front yard have never looked better. We even got compliments from our neighbors who were asking for the contact details so they could engage them as well. The rear also looked fantastic. The deck and patio looked like new and the flower beds clean, tidy and ready for winter. All the work was professionally done, in a timely manner, all rubbish was taken away and the results were awesome. What more could you ask for. I would definitely recommend them and I will be looking to use their service again once spring returns.

Many reasons why I will call them first next time we need work. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Responded to my inquiry right away and came when they promised. They came with a crew and got everything done as planned and promised and on time. My favorite part was when I popped out to ask if they could remove a couple of bushes that I realized I wanted pulled after the fact, they did it with a smile an amazing "can do" attitude. Love it! I was so pleased I asked them to come clean up the back lot of a commercial building we own. Again, a great job! You won't regret hiring this crew.

Initially called Prograss to schedule a meeting to discuss landscaping needs. After several days back and forth phone calls, a representative came to our house and left a detailed estimate on the door. This led to more phone calls to have someone meet with us to discuss what services we wanted. A time was scheduled to meet, but was later cancelled due to conflicts. A second time was scheduled, but the Prograss representative did not show up or call. We will not be using there service.

To be clear I provided plenty of chances to this company. I have provided the person in charge with pictures of the problems. After a very bumpy start when they could not give me a date or schedule to start, the work was very poor. Then after a few emails and pictures they finally came out and finished up the "initial" clean up that cost me a lot of money. Agreeing to get the premium service package before I experienced the service, some of the items described were never or partially done. They drove the mowers into the lawn digging large bare areas out of the ground. In many places left the damaged rolled sod from the bare areas laying in the surrounding grass. I have patches of weeds in many places that have not been touched. They blew leaves from area surrounding driveway into the neighbors property (not a good way to keep up neighbor relations). Branches downed from a recent storm (again the premium package) remain in the same spot for weeks, they just blew leaves on top of them. Bottom line is that I was paying a lot of money and now having to do the work myself plus fix damaged areas. I have photos of all of this and have sent numerous copies to the company. Even requested definitions of what services were to be expected. Followed up with photos showing they had not been done. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Adam arrived at our home on time and was very friendly and professional; by the next day, I received a quote with several options. We chose the initial clean up and the seasonal weekly mowing. The team of two arrived and immediately began work - they were wonderful! They mowed, edged, cleaned the flower beds, etc. As for the weekly mowing, our grass and yard looks amazing! We are extremely happy with ProGrass and will use them in the future. They have delivered as promised and more. Highly recommended.

They’ve always done a good job. Everything has always looked good at my yard and they’ve always done what they needed to do. They’re on time and professional. Their prices are reasonable; we have had other places give us bids and I think their price is fine.

They did not do thorough work so we fired them. Their processes only had short term results, minimal at best.

The work was delivered on time, as promised and for the agreed price. Adam delivered a quote quickly and was professional and responsive to my emails and phone calls. His team were very hard workers. At the end of the job there were a few small issues that needed to be resolved. A small tree still needed to be trimmed and a small flower bed was missed that was supposed to be weeded and barked. He talked to his guys and it was done the same day. I also found their customer service to be very helpful and polite. I will definitely use them again.

The crew arrived on time, and Adam, the Operations Manager, checked in to make sure we were all on the same page. The crew were busy all day, by 5 p.m., they only had a small bit left to finish the next day. Adam, the team leader, checked in the next day, and he and the crew finished quickly. They tidied as they worked, so there was never a big mess. We were impressed with how quickly they whipped the yard into shape, and how much better it looked!

Crew was professional, worked hard and did a great job. My wife and I are very pleased with the result

We are in a homeowner's association. They do what they are asked to do and they are very polite. They do a good job. If they had a fair amount of money, they could do a whole lot more. They are good. It is not easy to communicate with them because they don't speak the same language but if we can reach their boss, who is very responsive, they come right out and redo what we need done. It is actually over and above the time they are allotted to do it. They come 4 times a month and they are paid about $48 a month. They are really good for what they are paid.

Estimate for projected work was detailed. Work was performed as outlined in estimate. Prograss came out a second time to redo some bark landscaping that didn't look up to the quality of their other work and they refinished cutting some grass. Only complaint was that they could have cleaned up the grass remains better.

I had them for a long time. They are on a regular schedule with me, and I am very pleased with them.

They trimmed all my trees, did weeding and mowed my lawn. They did pretty good and the people are friendly. The price was competitive and reasonable.

Really like the service and care that they procide

I like that they are reliable, punctual, reasonable and professional. I don't like that they blow everything which sometimes blows the bark away.

They do a pretty good job. They call ahead and let me know before they come.

We used them for years. They worked quickly, but sometimes a little too quickly because they weren t doing everything they were supposed to do. We had to constantly call them, and they were responsive, but we got tired of having to complain. We were paying too much for what we were getting, but initially their price was average. I wouldn t recommend them and will look for another company to use.

We have a contract with them. I am not 100% satisfied with their work. They use this environmentally safe stuff on the grass that in my opinion doesn't work very well but they are very friendly and professional and try to do a good job.

IT IS FIFTY DOLLARS PER TREATMENT TO FERTILIZE MY LAWN AND TREAT WEEDS. THEY COME EVERY SIX MONTHS. THEY ARE A BASIC LAWN SERVICE. THEY DO DIFFERENT THINGS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR, DEPENDING ON WHAT IS MOST DAMAGING TO YOUR LAWN. THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR ME.
