Really professional and well educated about water sprinklers. PRO GRASS even checked connection between main water line to residence.

Arrived on time, was friendly, explained what he was going to do and carried out the task quickly.

This is the 2nd time we have used ProGrass, and both times they have been terrific to work with regarding scheduling. I felt the price was extremely fair for the services provided. The technician was right on time and professional. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Arrived on time at 8 AM and finished by 4 PM even though it was a damp and soggy day. Did all the agreed-upon work plus some extra we weren't expecting just to make our front yard look nice. Took care to place plants where we wanted them and listened to our requests if there was anything in question.

This provider was great. They not only worked with us to be able to come out at a time that would minimize lost work time for us, but were quick, efficient, and professional. They did not try to sell or push anything extra. I would highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with Prograss. I originally had them come out to check my irrigation system, perform a backflow test and fertilize. They did a good job on those task. I had one issue with the fertilizer application. Unfortunately my grass was burned out in several places after the application. So I contacted Prograss, and they came out quickly to replace the grass. In addition they also followed up to see if they could do anything else to ensure I was a happy customer. So they came out and fixed a leak in my system and replaced a faulty valve on my system. They did all of this for FREE!!! I was very impressed with their willingness to make things right and gain a happy customer. I'll probably call them in the future for my annual backflow test. I am so glad there are companies like Prograss in the industry that really go out of the their way to make their customers happy. Good job Prograss Landscape Care and Design!!!

The boys showed up on time and got right to work. Immediately they found a sprinkler that was snapped off and repaired it right on the spot. They also recognized that our landscaping had been changed since the system was put in which makes the system ineffective and costly to run. I like the job that they did so much that I immediately called Prograss and made another appointment to have them come back out and make the necessary changes to our existing system.

We hired them in contract for to take care of the landscape. They agreed to come out 7-8 times over a 12 month period. They have not been hold up their end of the contract. They haven't been taking care of the weeds like they are supposed to. No one has responded to our calls or emails.

The 2 gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt and efficient. They did a great job.

Everything went fine except the mulch. They did not bring enough mulch. They left some areas bare and left the areas, that they did, cover very thin. It took them 3 or 4 days to come back out and they charged us more. They were also very slow to respond after the initial job was done. The workers that showed up were good workers. They were very polite and easy to work with.

The tech was great. Wonderful attitude and knew what he was doing. He took his time and explained all the adjustment he was making. What a great experience!

Even though they didn't have the equipment to do the sprinkler tune-up, they also didn't offer to do the fertilization, which was part of the deal.

Frank, the service provider is excellent. Very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems in general and my 20+ year old system in particular. I would recommend him to neighbors.

After some difficulty getting on their schedule, (seemed to be miscommunication between the office scheduling staff and the mgr in the field, I was able to get the work done. Frank the irrigation mgr. worked hard to make sure my sprinkler system was inspected and working at maximum efficiency. He repaired some broken lines that were on and above the scheduled work. The additonal cost for the repair was reasonable and Frank helped me program the system for the most efficient coverage.

Very professional, showed up exactly on time (and even gave me an exact day and time) for an estimate. Performed the work in a timely manner and to the exact quote. Grass has a few areas where nothing grew but they are coming out to fix it, the rest of the grass looks great!

I had some sprinkler heads that were wonky, and he fixed them. He definitely knows how to operate the sprinkler system, and I really appreciate him a lot. I would have him come again next year in a heartbeat

Pretty well. I needed to adjust the timing for each zone myself as he indicated I know my lawn better than he does.
