Description of Work: Very prompt in responding. Staff were professional in communication and work performance. Explained well what they were doing.

Description of Work: Cleaned the heater system, removed the old filter, etc., cleaned air vents at the main openings and from underneath. All debris was pulled into his truck outside. Cleaned the dryer vent. Kirk worked with an assistant. They were punctual and worked efficiently. Kirk explained the process thoroughly and showed us the results of his cleaning. We especially liked the fact that Kirk was very attune to our concerns about use of chemicals; he was willing to spend extra time talking to us about best ways and products to maintain a healthy environment at that time and in later emails. We got the sense that his business is very much intertwined with his personal values about health and care of the environment. Kirk was not only professional, but personal, and we really felt that he cared about us and our home.

Description of Work: I had emailed to book my appointment. Kirk was promote in responding to the email and stated his schedule up front. We found a day that would work with both our schedules (through email). However, the day he was supposed to clean my air ducts he never showed up or called to say why or what happened. I am a flexible person and understand that life happens. But no phone call or email?! I was excited to get this done. I am about to put my house up for sale and am happy to share this invoice with the potential buyer. I am disappointed.
