The owner Kirk was easy to schedule with and gave me a quote over the phone, they were able to service us within the same week as well. Kirk was friendly and completed the job quickly. He even gave me a website to order higher quality filters and a better price than Home Depot.

He walked us through every step of his process and also showed us all of the dirt and dust he cleaned out of our ducts! Our children have allergies and sensitivities to dust and since the duct cleaning they’ve been symptom free.

Kirk and his team are experienced professionals. They used a high pressure air nozzle to loosen dust and then high vacuum to restore our ducts to near-new condition. O2 has done work for me in several commercial buildings. That can handle any job with a can-do attitude.

Kirk was totally professional and brought a cheerful attitude to all my questions. Incredibly well! Kirk was thorough and professional, and generous with his time; he not only completed the job, but took the time to explain what he was d***, and showed me the results afterwards, with a photo of the dirty filter before, and the clean filter after. I didn't even think of the dryer vents as needing cleaning, but the dryer is now SOOOOO much more efficient, now that it's not pushing hot air through loads of lint. Highly recommended!

Outstanding! Kirk was the friendliest guy through the entire process; often when receiving services at home I’ve learned to keep quiet and not attempt conversation, which is a shame, but Kirk was a delight to have in the home. Kirk and his helper were punctual and friendly, after hooking up a large vacuum at the furnace they went through each room blowing the dust back through the vents into their large machine. Kirk was very knowledgeable and gave some helpful tips as we were doing a larger renovation on our home. They got the job done quickly and cleaned out all the drywall and other dust from the work we had done. We were also shocked how much lint came out of the dryer when they cleaned it! Would highly recommend O2 pure.

Kirk arrived early and promptly set about performing his services. He was very thorough in the house and located all my vents (without instruction!), cleared all dust and particulate matter from the vent grates and ducting immediately below, and left no mess. He used a massive vacuum on the furnace and showed me what it pulled out afterwards - I am so thankful that I hired him. There was somewhere around 2lbs of debris from my 2500sq ft home's ducting and he eradicated the musty smell from our basement! He also gave great recommendations for filter suppliers and was extremely personable. He even gave helpful A/C and heating advice during the job and rexommendations for further maintenance to our ducting system down the line. See you for our next cleaning, Kirk!
