Kurt arrived and finished early. Our vents were cleaned thoroughly and Kurt and his team were pleasant and professional throughout. I would defintely recommend and will use again in the future.

The job was handled very professionally from the initial call, bid, and promptness of the service. They did what they said they would do at the price that they quoted. They were extremely tidy and efficient. The result is that my filthy ducts which had never been cleaned, appear to be much cleaner as the amount of dust in my house is greatly reduced. No up-selling or careless workers.

Kirk was early and it took him only minutes to clean out the dryer vent. It had never been done in the 10 yrs we have lived in our house. They did a great job!! Very pleasant to work with.

The air flow in the house has overall improved by 100% He is outstandingly exacting in his work. Kirk explain the problem and showed me the areas that needed to be cleaned before he started the work. I appreciated the education in the cleaning and location of the ducts. He explained the difference between exchange, incoming and heats vents. Explaining exactly job he was going to start helped me feel confident and secure in his skills and knowledge of the duct workings of the our home. With his through understanding of the process, Kirk made me feel confident that at completion of the project the home would be a much better environment for those with allergies. Before his departure he showed me what had been in the air and yikes! I was surprised at the amount of dirt and dust he accumulated- the home had accumulated. The air quality and flow is so much better In our home. My allergies are gone! All of my symptoms have cleared up and my health is much better, My Allergist agrees this was a very positive step in improving my breathing ability and my treatments have been eliminated! Along with his complete knowledge in this field he is easy-going and pleasant man to do work in our home. His payment plan was flexible. Overall this is a qualified, knowledgeable and confidentt man with his skills in this area. As well as conscientious, he is a very nice man! I would encourage anyone to use his company's services. Kirk made an improvement in the quality of the air in our home and I recommend the service he provided to anyone. In fact I have!

They arrived on time, vacuumed out the ducts, cleaned the intakes, then brought in a huge vacuum and sucked out the stuff from the furnace and all the vents connected. They also cleaned out the dryer vent. All this in about 45 minutes! No mess no fuss! I had moved all furniture and do-dads away from all the vents so they had clear access. I also asked to see what actually came out of everything and he showed me the gray filters in the huge vacuum. The filters were previously green. Yuck. Glad to have it done and will have them out next year again.

o2 air not only had the best price, but also was the most responsive in setting up an appointment during a busy time of year. We are in an old house, and I'm not convinced the ducts had ever been cleaned. They vacuumed each register by hand, then hooked up their 5000cfm vac system to the duct system and fed a high pressure air whip through each run of duct to agitate years worth of dust. They showed me the filter of their vac system after they were done and it was amazing how much stuff came out. They were professional, on-time, and courteous throughout the service. They even gave me some great tips for improving efficiency in my system.

First-rate in every way. Kirk answered the phone personally when I called and gave me a detailed explanation of his very thorough process. They arrived exactly on time. i knew immediately i was in the best hands. Kirk and his assistant went right to work, and were very tolerant of and adaptable to my topsy turvy house at the moment. They vacuumed all the external vents then brought in a gigantic machine which Kirk maneuvered with ease. One of the best parts was peering into that giant machine at the end and seeing all the dirt and dust they had removed. i've been putting off air duct cleaning for all these years because so many companies do a very minor job. Now that I have found o2 Pure air duct cleaning I will do it once a year. Kirk absolutely deserves the perfect score he has received from over 200 clients. I have just added mine to the rest.

He made some helpful recommendations, including what furnace filter would work best with my system, and where to get it for the best price. Great, quick efficient service. They even came back to help replace the ducts as the heater we have didn't have a very obvious hatch to open!

When I first called, on a weekend, Kirk answered the phone within 2 rings. He was friendly and professional from the first call. My mom's biggest concern was the dryer vent (because she had been told it was blocked). In talking with Kirk, we decided to do the entire job (furnace, duct work, vents) and scheduled the job for the following Saturday at 12:30. Kirk was running a bit late and was very proactive about calling to let me know. He let me know when he thought they would arrive and was apologetic about it. When Kirk arrived, he took the time to get to know my dog and then he and his helper got right to work. The whole job took about an hour. They worked together as a team and went through the house very efficiently and professionally. The job they did at my mom's was 150% more than any other furnace cleaners have ever done. Kirk showed me the dust that was pulled out of the system....so glad that is all gone! I will be scheduling them to come out and clean my furnace and vents in the next few weeks. And, I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen. They were amazing!!! Thank you.

I had found this provider on AL and was pleased with the reviews. I called, Kirk answered the phone right away (that I appreciate). I live in Covington and he said he could work me in. Promised to be out over a weekend (this was 3-4wks ago). I called again about a week afterward and he said he could do it, and again, I didn't hear anything. Unfortunately, I had other commitments and now we need the dryer vent cleaned asap. I called yesterday morning and he said he would call me back (again) when he had his schedule in front of him. I told him he had til the end of the day to get me a solid appointment time. No call back. I called this morning telling him that I had to go with someone else and that if he doesn't want a service a particular area or has no intention on doing a job he needs to say so. Be very clear about where you live and if in FACT it is in his TRUE serviceable area. Very disappointed.

Kirk was very helpful and professional on the phone. He and a helper arrived when they said they would. They were very professional, and quick to get to work. They covered their shoes inside the house. Kirk even took a moment and gave my homeschooled children a science lesson they will not soon forget. He showed me the dust that was collected from my home. Both Kirk and his coworker were polite, friendly, well-spoken and helpful. I will certainly hire him again, and would not hesitate to recommend him.
