Very professional, reliable, did a great job. Others gave high estimations and complained that I don't have some opening near the furnace, and asked for more money. But Kirk was great, did the job as agreed, on time. I wish there were more professionals like these guys.

Kirk came and first did a check of the dryer vent outside the house. He immediately saw the problem was the vent had been damaged from the outside and he was able to fix it. He noticed there was some lint, etc in the pipe but that wasn't causing the problem. The dryer is now working properly. It took him just 5 minutes to fix the problem. He is very personable, friendly, professional and I highly recommend him.

Kirk is very professional. He booked me for an appointment within a few days' time, arrived promptly and worked efficiently. He is friendly, courteous and did a very thorough job cleaning our air ducts. Kirk even helped me with a problem with my door. I would definitely hire him again the next time I need my air ducts cleaned.

Kirk and his team were excellent. They were able to fit me in on the same day, a Saturday- which he said was uncommon, but I certainly appreciated it! I had some rodent issues in my crawl space, which I discovered because the smell of urine was coming in to the house. That led me to learn that the duct was broken in an area. Kirk saved the day by repairing the duct, vacuuming the system, and using an ozone generator to disinfect the air. I could tell an immediate difference when I walked into the house! It smelled fresh. He used some other methods as well (placing an odor bag in the furnace). He was on time, professional and nice, and worked quickly. Really appreciated O2 Pure Air and would hire again.

Kirk Nygaard is a real professional. Not only were all the ducts cleaned of all the hot air supply and cold air returns, he cleans the furnace and dryer vent cleaning. He discovered that on 2 of my cold air returns that there were filters completely blocked by dust. Didn't realize that there were filters there. Can't wait to see feel the effects of having clean air in the home. He also cleaned my dryer vent. we will definitely use him again.

Amazing. They do a thorough job at a reasonable price. Do not got with those cheap outfits your get mailers from. They do not do a thorough job. Kirk cleans the ducts all the way to the furnace and cleans out the furnace as well.

Kirk and his employee showed up on time, covered their shoes with booties. I think that his son has probably crossed paths with my son because they are both crossfitters. I will use O2 Pure again! A very pleasant experience!

Kirk and his helper arrived on time and he was very courteous throughout the process however there was a critical mishap that took a long time to correct. It appeared that Kirks employee did the majority of the cleaning of the vents it turns out that they skipped two of my bedrooms downstairs. I immediately called Kirk and he was very sorry for what happened and promised he would call me back right away to come back out and finish the project. Kirk never called me back until I was forced to call him over a week later. Communication was very poor.

He got here early/on time and was very friendly and professional. He went about going to work immediately and was very knowledgeable. I surprised my wife with my glowing comments about this gentleman. He was here for about an hour and a half.

I have used 02 Pure Air Duct Cleaning several times and they always to do a great job. They are punctual and fast and are very easy to work with.

Kirk and another worker came in and did a stand up job on my place. Kirk is a great guy who knows what he is doing. He was early and gave me great advice on my old furnace to save me a few bucks. He also gave me some great advice on my old muscle car in the garage which has some heating problems..:-) I highly recommend him and his team. Outstanding service!

Great experience from first contact through completion of service. He was readily available, performed his work quickly and efficiently, and we had some great conversations about air quality in the house as well as outside common interests that we happened to discover while he was here.
