I only needed the main and return cleaned out, as the flexible ducting had just been replaced due to rat infestation. Kirk came on time (after a no-show the week before). He sawed out a big hole in each line, adjacent to the furnace. He then used a big (and noisy) vacuum to suck out 24 years' worth of debris in the vents. He then taped (with metalized mylar tape) and sealed new plates over the holes. He did all the work neatly and efficiently, explained what he was doing and why, and cleaned up when he was done. He spotted the problem with the return line, and fixed it at no charge. Great service!

He was very courteous. He put shoe covers on before entering the house. He worked for about 2 hours straight and started with the main furnace and then went to each vent and cleaned from there. He had a big machine that he used and he cleaned out our dryer vent. He used an air cleaner in the main room while he cleaned the vents out.

Kirk is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. His prices seemed better than most, plus he gave an Angie's List discount. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. No complaints here, I highly recommend him!

The job was fine overall. He cleaned the filter inlet area of my refrigerator without me asking. He is careful cleaning up the linen and dust on the floor. I am not sure about how clean the air duct is though after the cleaning. We later wiped some more stuff from the vents. This is the first time I have had my air ducts cleaned. So, I don't know if other companies use different ways and clean up the air ducts better.

Wonderfully. Kirk called me the same day that I sent him an email and we were able to schedule for the next week. He showed up early, set about doing the work and as far as I can tell, did a great job. He cleaned each vent individually and also cleaned the furnace and used a large machine to suck all debris through the furnace. He showed me the dirt in the machine. During the course of the cleaning, Kirk suggested (randomly) that we should drain our hot water heater. Now, in reality, we could have drained it last week - he had no idea. However, I mentioned that we were considering moving to a tankless heater in the future. Subsequently, without my permission, he shared our contact info with a supplier/dealer. I know this was with the best of intentions, but I still am a bit put off by this. He also had other random suggestions, like we should put halogen bulbs in our kitchen. I was a bit confused by this, but I know his intentions are good and he's just trying to help.

I was extremely impressed with the overall service of O2 Pure. The technician was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me everything that was cleaned from my ducts (yuck!) and finished a little sooner than expected. I will definitely hire O2 Pure again!

Right from the time we spoke on the phone, Kirk was very clear in explaining what work would be done and how much will it cost in terms of time and money. He also agreed to fix one of the fallen ducts. (Kirk was nice enough to fix the duct but never changed us for it.) He was also very friendly with our daughter even though at times she was bothering him during his work. We were really happy with Kirk and his work. Aside from cleaning the air ducts, Kirk fixed carpet on one of the stairs on his own. He did not have to do that but he just fixed it because he could. Thanks Kirk.

Very pleased with Kirk's work, he was a pleasure to have in our home. After the job was completed, you could tell the difference in the air quality in our home.

Kirk arrived on time and explained the process in detail before starting. He wore shoe covers and was very careful. He answered my questions regarding the air duct system and its proper maintenance. He was also helpful at pointing out a few things he noticed that should be taken care of, such as, earthquake proofing my water heater and covering a gap on the wall by the furnace. I highly recommend this company.

The service call went very well. The company was professional and Kirk in particular paid special attention to show us what he was finding. They cleaned out all vents, furnaces, and even cleaned out the dryer vent. All needed cleaning badly. He also serviced the furnaces. He was very friendly and exhibited a high degree of customer care. He called later in the day to insure that we removed a piece of plywood from the furnace which he left by accident. This was especially nice because we would have never known and this alone would have our furnace running long causing us lots of unnecessary gas costs.

KIRK (THE OWNER) WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, SHOWED UP AT THE AGREED-UPON TIME, IMMEDIATELY PUT ON SHOE COVERS WHEN ENTERING THE HOME, EXPLAINED THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT HE USES AND WHY SOME OF IT IS SUPERIOR FOR REMOVING THE MOST DUST AND DEBRIS. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT HE WOULD ALSO CLEAN MY DRYER VENT AND FURNACE FILTERS, NOT TO MENTION A COMPLIMENTARY CHECK OF THE CO2 LEVELS TO MAKE SURE THE FURNACE WAS OKAY. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!
