Upon finishing, he pointed out ways for us to save heating bills on our gas furnace as well as our fireplace insert. Kirk was very responsive to our initial inquiry, and gave us a binding estimate right over the phone. He showed up on time, wore shoe covers to protect our floors, and finished the job in a morning. He was completely professional and very knowledgeable on household dust, allergens and other irritants. He first cleaned and vacuumed all of the duct covers and other places where dust collects (under the fridge, inside fireplace vents, etc.) He blew out our filters and cleaned the inside of the furnace. Finally, he cleaned all of the ducts with a high pressure hose. He even went the extra mile to clean off the glass on our gas fireplaces. I would highly recommend Kirk and O2Pure and would use the again regularly.

Kirk arrived right on time and promptly got to work. The house is new to us and has seen little attention in the last several years. The ducts were really dirty! Not only did Kirk clean all the ducts, he scrubbed clean the different filters after finding them greasy. Something he rarely has to do. Kirk was friendly and good-natured and offered tips and suggestions about many little issues we are dealing with as we prepare this house to move in. I would definitely use O2 Pure again and may do so in the house we are selling.

I submitted an online appointment request via the O2 website and was contacted very shortly thereafter with available appointment times that fit my schedule. On the day of the service the owner was early and was terrifically accommodating as I had booked him at the same time as our carpet cleaner. He was wonderful at working around him and made sure to wear booties so as not to disturb the fresh carpets. He thoroughly cleaned out our air ducts and showed me the horrible dust and debris left behind by the builders years before (it was like our air ducts had been used as trash bins). He also replaced our air filter and cleaned the vent covers. He was full of information and a wonderful conversationalist as well. I should also mention that he was dog friendly and great with our greeting squad of three canines.

I got a quote over the phone and scheduled my appointment for the following week. I received a confirmation call the night before the appointment and they arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The owner explained what he was doing and what he was finding as he did the work. The ducts hadn't ever been cleaned and the home is 50 years old. The entire experience was very professional and I think they did an excellent job. Having the ducts cleaned makes a big difference in the air quality of my home. I will definitely reccommend this business to others and will use again.

I can not give O2 Air Duct Cleaning a strong enough recommendation. Kirk was on time, actually early for the appointment. Did an outstanding job cleaning the duct work. Went above and beyond by cleaning and inspecting the furnace. Repaired some loose ducts coming into and away from the furnace. Installed a deflector plate that added extra warm air flow into our family room that has always been cooler than the rest of the house. Cleaned the furnace filters. All at no additional charge from the original quote. I got much more than my monies worth. I will never use anyone else.

Kirk needed to know what had to be done. Kirk asked the right questions; provided a thorough background of the company and how he did the work; arrived on time on the day; completed the work after confirming what had to be done; went about his work in a professional way - very organized; used state-of-the-art equipment; offered advice and recommendations where it was appropriate; made sure that the worksite was clean when done; has Excellent communication skills and lets you know that the customer is king. All-in-all, a wonderful experience. Definitely will bring him in again next time.

The cleaning of the air ducts was fine. The technicians were very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable They were very thorough and used vacuums and compressors to clean. I feel confident that my ducts are clean. The clean up of the work performed was a little sloppy. They had to cut out an access panel in the duct work. The jagged panel (basically a disc that they cut out of one of the vents) was left behind, as well as a piece of old foam. I have also found little metal shavings under another access panel. I found these while I was barefoot and also another time in socks. There seem to many fine reviews, so I hope this was a case of being overbooked on a particular day and rushing to clean up.

Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Kirk arrived promptly and appeared to do a thorough job. Fee was exactly as quoted.

In addition to the above great work completed, Kirk helped us locate a web site for a company that provides a type of furnace filter that will help keep a better air quality in our house by removing more close particle dust and pollen. I have already placed Kirk on my calendar for a call back in three years.

Do hire this man to do the air duct cleaning in your home. I felt so blessed to find someone that is an honest guy. Now I learn he is doing some handyman work as well. A perfect 10.

Kirk had to reschedule our first appointment due to a family emergency, but he was right on time for the rescheduled date. As others have mentioned in their comments, he was professional and courteous, putting on booties over his shoes whenever he came into the house. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was finding during his work.

Kirk was courteous, professional and friendly throughout the entire process (initial phone call, home service, etc). I really appreciated his and his partner's great interaction with my young children who at times were so fascinated by what they were doing, got in the way a couple of times. They were nice enough to show them a few tricks with their equipment much to the delight of my 3 year old! They were fast, clean and their prices were much lower that other estimates. I will definitely call them again for future jobs.

Kirk was friendly and professional from the get-go. He informed me of every minute detail of the work he'd be performing and lived up to that expectation. He arrived right on time, put booties on to come in and out of the house and was courteous and professional. He completed the job at the low end of his time estimate and even offered free advice on other housekeeping tips given that he was a previous home inspector. We received a discount for him to perform the air duct cleaning for us and our neighboring townhouse. He had us take a before and after picture of the furnace and WOW what a difference. it even smells better in the house after he performed the duct cleaning job. All in all, a very worthwhile and affordable experience.

An excellent service! Kirk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. If you have heard that vents don't need to be cleaned- just wait until he shows you what he pulled out of your vents! Blech!

The appointment went as well as most others have described in their reviews. Kirk was on-time and got right to work. He not only explained the entire cleaning process prior to starting, but also took time to point out areas that needed attention - mainly the air filters which were in dire need of replacement. Kirk also cleaned out the dryer vent system which was in even worse shape than the air ducts. The job itself took less time than I thought, but Kirk showed me the results of the cleaning which were impressive compared to how dirty the ducts were. I will defiinitely use him again the next time the system needs cleaning and would recommend him to others consideration similar service.

I was very pleased with the work Kirk performed in our home. My husband and I purchased a new furnace for our home three years ago, but got caught up in our jobs/life and had done very little to maintain it. We contacted Kirk because we knew we were past due to get our air ducts cleaned as we had paid to have them cleaned during the furnace installations (side note: we became new parents last month and have been working to get the home in order for our little one). O2 Pure Air Duct Cleaning was very professional from the start. Returned my call within an hour and did the job a week later. They were neat and personable. The job took about 2 hours. Kirk also provided me with a website where I could find odd size furnace filters.

They were very thorough and spent about 3 hours here. They did all the vents and vacuumed out and cleaned them and we were very pleased with what they did.

Kirk did a great job. He agreed to come earlier than originally planned. Did a great job from start to finish. Gave very helpful advices and even helped with my fireplaces. In addition, his price was lower than other companies that I checked before. I can feel the difference when I started my furnace this year in comparison to last year. I highly recommend him.
