o2Pure Air Duct Cleaning

Kirk was very professional and worked quickly to clean all of the vents in the home. He offered suggestions on maintaining and improving air quality within our home. We were very pleased with his service.

Received bid over the phone and gave 10% off for Angie's List customers. Service provider arrived on time, clean, professional, and explained in detail the service to be performed. Came home with the home smelling clean and ready for our new furnace install the following day. We were happy with the service and would gladly hire the company in the future. We did come home to a quite a bit of lint in the backyard grass, but wasn't a big deal. :)

Requested air duct cleaning for our 3700 square foot house. The house is old and we had not had the air ducts cleaned since we moved in several years ago. Contacted Kirk based on the other reports on Angie's List. Kirk returned my phone call promptly, explained the process over the phone, and quoted me a price. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, he arrived on-time (even a little early) and after a quick tour of the furnace, vents, etc., he got right to work. He wore booties over his shoes while in the house. Worked efficiently, completing the job in just over 2 hours. Cleaned the dryer vent in addition to the furnace and vents/cold air returns. Offered suggestions on how to reduce the overall temperature in our upstairs and how to cool off the basement which contains only windows that don't open. Price was what he quoted plus tax. Would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

Kirt was late but called do to a job overrun. He was very efficient and at the same time very friendly. He answered any questions and explained what he was doing. His work was exceptional and the price very fair. We have full confidence that we will use O2Pure again in the future.

What a positive experience. To start, I had to reschedule O2 multiple times due to schedule conflicts. However each time, the owner Kirk, was very attentive and happily updated his side. When the time came for service, everything was done on time and with a smile. I have used Bob's before, but will happily give Kirk a call next year for annual maintenance.

From the first contact to the last, Kirk was friendly and professional. This along with being ethical is the most important factor to me when hiring a service company to do work in my house. Kirk promptly replied to my email to request service, and we scheduled a day and time. However, I had to reschedule and he was very accomodating to find another Saturday opening that would work. He and his assistant arrived early and got down to business immediately. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and with a great customer service friendly attitude. I will definitely use this company again because their customer service makes them a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge, expertise, efficiency, and friendly professionalism were greatly appreciated.

The two workers from O2Pure were prompt and efficient. They left the house with everything back in place. We would use them again.

He was excellent. He showed up on time and the price was great. He did an excellent job. He was just great. His name was Kirk Nygaard and he was phenomenal. I liked everything about him. He showed up on time. He did all of the work. He worked all the way straight through, until everything was done. The price, the service, and everything were great. This is the second time we have called Kirk to clean our ducts. Again, the experience was excellent. He showed up on time and did a thorough job. We will use him again.

I was happy with the work. I am not sure the dryer vent got cleaned, but other than that all was done. I am not moving in until March 22, but expect the air will be cleaner.

Excellent service. Was scheduled a week earlier, but Kurt called to re-schedule due to the snow. He is very personable and friendly and did an excellent job. He showed us all the dust he collected along with massive amounts of dog hair! He even noticed one of our car's tire was low and added more air. Above and beyond our expectations. They were supposed to be able to sell us an air cleaner to put in our system but he never was able to sell it to us. He did a great job though.

Excellent service. When quoted on the phone, he beat out all the other quotes to clean the air ducts. Then when he came, I felt it was very professional and did a great job. We have a convereted garage with electric heat and he came back the next week and put in a vent from the furnace for that room. He was also had suggestions throughout the house (not just what he could do).

It has been several years since we have had our airducts cleaned so we called O2 Pure AIR DUCT CLEANING after reading several reports from Angie's List.The service went really well. The owner Kirk and his associate came on time and checked out the job to be done and gave us a price right away. We have a big house with lots of air ducts so the price was competitive. Kirk showed me how I could get better dust filtering by changing the type o furnace f filter I was using . Kirk then showed me the process of cleaning the air ducts and proceeded to do the job. Kirk also covered 2 ducts with tape to an area where heat was not needed and that has helped with the distribution of heat to other areas which now are warmer.(an added bonus) He also gave us the name of a company to buy the filters online at a reasonable price. Kirk also cleaned my dryer duct. After he finished I was able to see the stuff that came out of our ducts and I was pleased that the job was done and we were going to breathe cleaner air. I have waited over a month to write this report as I wanted to state that our house is cleaner and we do notice a difference in air quality. Kirk was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend O2PURE AIR DUCT CLEANING .

was right on time and only took about hour or so because he had nothing to move he said.I think he did a good job but as i know nothing about ducts and you can not see them who knows for sure but seemed like he did good job house does not have dust smell as bad as before

Very professional, two folks were at my house for about an hour, maybe a little more - completely as advertised. The "A" grade this company has earned - they earned again at my house. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience Kirk runs company with one additional employee in fall. Came promptly when asked As pleasant a human as I have ever encountered. Don't know about price, because we never had it done before. Gave us Angie's list $50 discount Cleaned Dryer vent for no charge. Terrific experience.

They provided an initial estimate, they were punctual from start to finish and we always felt like they knew what they were talking about. Their service was friendly and professional and they completed the work quickly with very little disruption to our schedule. The final bill matched the estimate and they made no attempt to upsell or offer us services that we didn't ask for. We would strongly recommend them.

Kurt (owner) was great. Very responsive to my calls and gave me a significant Angie's list discount (his price was already competetive and this made it even more doable for me). I also asked him about the $49 coupons you get in the mail that say they will cleane all your ducts. He explained these are essentially fly-by-night out of state companies that are eventually booted out of WA by the Attorney General after enough complaints. For $275 this was a great deal. Do yourself a favor and, 1) Hire this company to do your duct work and 2) watch them do the wrok and ask a lot of questions on how to make your system run better.

We hired O2Pure in 2009 to clean the ducts for our rental home -- he did an amazing job and when it came time to do the same at our primary residence, we had to call him again . . . always prompt, always helpful, very neat and gives great input and tips.

Very friendly, quick easy to schedule and gave lots of good information. Even emailed some information regarding an discussion we had about other issues. Nice that he remembered.
