o2Pure Air Duct Cleaning

Kirk explained the process when I called him so I had a very good idea of what was to take place when they arrived. He is very professional and very cordial. They wore shoe covers in the house and the hoses are rubber/plastic so I didn't have to worry about any damage. They vacuumed all the vents and cleared all the passage ways and then pulled all the dust out. It was a very fast and efficient process. I could tell the difference in the air quality immediately and especially when the furnace fan was blowing. A HUGE improvement! I would definitely recommend Kirk to others.

I get them from Angie's List. I liked them a lot. They were very professional. They were on time. They were very clean and tidy. They used UV light in the duct, which I think was unnecessary. I was pretty happy with the results.

Had the same issue as another post. I chose O2 due to their high rating, but when I called the numbers provided, I was surprised that there wasn't an answering party or even voice message. Thought I had reached a wrong number, so I called the 1-800 number but got same non-message - just the local number again. Sent an email through their web site, and after a week, still have not received a call. I joined Angle's List to make sound and efficient decisions, as I have limited time on my remodel project. Lack of response was an issue for me. Ultimately, I went with another company.

Kirk did an excellent job. Our house has never been cleaner than now. He employs first rated equipment to clean our house.

Because we were sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors, we scheduled o2Pure to thoroughly clean all of the vents after the project was completed. Kirk arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. He was very careful around the new floors and demonstrated a noticeable attention to detail. He was very pleasant to have in our home. It was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had with a vent cleaning company. We would enthusiatically recommend Kirk and o2Pure to anyone with vent cleaning needs.

He returned my call and said he was busy for the next week. He then (after hesitation) said he could "fit us in" between appointments and that he could "make it work". THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. There was really no time for him to service my house properly. He and his helper stormed in late in he afternoon at the agreed time. They were so rushed and in such a hurry they did a poor job. They were in an extreme hurry, did an incomplete job, did not replace any of the air vent covers, did NOT clean the dryer vent as we expected. My ducts (1950s house) had probably never been cleaned. When they stuck their hose in to the ducts, they yanked it back out so quickly, basically nothing was really accomplished. Between the two guys working in seperate areas of the house, I needed to run back & fourth to see what they were both doing OR NOT DOING. By the time they left I felt cheated. AND they either 1) did not replace any of the vents or 2) did not remove 2 of them because the vents were apparently attached in such a way what would have taken them to long to remove. When questioned about not removing the vent at all, he said "oh-I got that one from the other end". I believe he knows his business, but this whirlwind visit my house was a waste of money. My advice, if there REALLY isn't enough time for a full service appointment, to not make one. With enough good reviews on Angie's list I think this vendor got over confident and greedy, basically raking in 400.00 for him and his helper to run through my house pretending to do a proper full cleaning. I will not use them again.

Excellent prompt courteous service. Well worth the price. More expensive than Coupon Duct cleaning cervices but uses a better process and provided great information on filters etc.

The whole experience was excellent: call back time, ability to schedule a cleaning soon, and a nice crew.

I booked the appointment and my wife was here when he (forgot his name) came. He was ON TIME! He did everything he said--cleaned all the ducts and returns and also cleaned out the dryer ducting which was not in the original work order. He was clean, personable and did just what he promised and left NO mess. I would use him again any time.

They quoted 2 1/2 - 3 hours to complete the work. An hour and fifteen minutes later, I saw him walking out to his truck. I came out to talk, and he was laughing on the phone. When he finally noticed me standing there, he said he had to go. When I asked about coming back to finish the job, he said he was already done. I called once. I told them that, after working on my furnace, now it is making a noise. Also, my vents are as dusty as they were before he came out. He repeated the work, but the job was incomplete. He never came to the top floor. I have been very uncomfortable contacting him. He just dismisses me and tries to convince me that he finished the job.

He was very polite and profesional,friendly with my husband and myself,he was about a half hour late caught in traffic but he called to let us know. He cleaned up after himself he had a hand vac that he cleaned out the ducts with then he used a hugh noisey machine that I blive he left outside. I am happy with his service and would hire him again in a minet.

I had a bunch of work done at the same time. He was professional. He was on time. He did the work in a timely manner.

It went great. When I first called Kirk, he was quick to respond back, answered all my questions and clearly explained his process and how it works. He explained other methods and why he feels hist method best addresses my needs. Kirk arrived on time and quickly got to work, he was friendly and polite. He even spent time getting to know my very skeptical dog! While he was here he got to work and everything looks great. Kirk also spent some time pointing out areas that he noticed where I could improve my energy efficiency. Before you choose who to go with check the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) website and make sure you choose someone that will do the job right.

The owner does the cleaning and he does an excellent job. He is efficient and very clean. He is also a very interesting guy to talk with. I definitely would hire him again. He showed up on time, had his equipment prepared and ready for service, and was in and out within an hour or so.

We chose this company because it was a special on Angie's list. On time polite and professional. It has been about 5 months and I am still finding nasty looking dust bunnies in the furnace vents. I don't think they got it all - leaves me wondering how well it was done.
