Description of Work: After the inspection, had them do major exclusion work in my crawl space. Problem is not solved, though it may not be their problem.

Description of Work: We started off with the advertised inspection which led to finding a rat infestation in our crawl space. Our basement has always smelled a little musty, and I couldn't identify it. After Eastside came in, cleaned out the crawl space, laid new plastic and insullation, set some traps....wahla! Musty smell gone, as well as that tricky rat that we couldn't trap on our own. I was hesitant to agree to the service, wondering if we really needed it or not, but now I am so glad I did! We are also getting a pest/insect control monthly service that Terminex used to provide. The Eastside treatments have been very effective. They are also good about closing my back gate when they leave (we have a dog).

Description of Work: After we caught a few mice in our house, we paid Eastside $99 to do a pest inspection. They placed several traps in our attic and crawlspace, took pictures and told us it would cost about $9,000 to address the problem. About $2,000 of that was for "exclusion" services, and the other $7,000 was primarily for replacement of all our insulation. Subsequently, another pest control professional removed the traps and bait and sealed the entry points for about $600. He also explained that there was no need to replace all the insulation, and recommended another contractor to replace the soiled insulation for $1,500. Using Eastside would have cost us about $7,000 more.

Description of Work: The morning of our appointment our technician Tony arrived right on time. He listened to us and then went right to work. He was here a total of maybe 40 minutes and he was done before we even realized he was ready to go. We gave our dogs some playtime at my brothers house for a couple of hours until the spray dried and we've been ant free since!

Description of Work: The technician was at the appointment on time and ready to get to work. He went into the crawl space and assessed the issues, set the traps and gave us a detailed report of what he found and how it would be taken care of... efficient and to the point!

Description of Work: The basement of my circa 1920's house had a horrible smell coming from within the walls. Called and left messages with a few other companies, but Eastside answered right away, was immediately able to put me in touch with a technician, and he was at my house before noon. Tony took careful time to locate the source and removed the offending animal (a disgusting dead rat) without any damage to my home. He was polite and prompt. Should I need further services, I will use Eastside again.
