Description of Work: Did a very thorough analysis of pest (rat) issue. Technician was great, very helpful and informative. But it was only an estimate, and there was a $450 possible surcharge for unforeseen issues. Left 10 rat traps set - I misunderstood that they would set, then remove traps. No such service. So basically a $99 estimate. Kinda steep just to know how much money I'll need to pay - and the estimate seemed a bit high (up to $1600 plus $80 monthly outside trap contract to qualify for any warranty. I'll keep looking.

Description of Work: They did a thorough assessment, set rat traps, came out to do flashing & screening of openings around house, and followed up with a visit to check on the work. Their interpersonal communication with me was very helpful and professional, but they were very busy, and several times a scheduler changed my scheduled appt time without notifying me which was annoying. They made it up to me with some piece reduction, however, which was gratifying.

Description of Work: I had a raccoon living in my chimney along with her little ones. I purchased a coupon(250.00) from Eastside Eastside Exterminators. They came and verified the raccoon was in the chimney. Traps were placed, the next day we found a squirrel, they responded quickly and let the squirrel go. The next day the raccoon was caught in the trap. They again responed in a timely manner. The tec. attempted to get the little ones out of the chimney was not able because they were on a ledge were they could not be removed, the tech decided to let mom raccoon go, maybe she would get her babies and leave. Two days later the owner of the company came by and verified babies and mom raccoon was gone. They sprayed the chimney to neutralize the raccoon urine smell and installed chimney caps so no critters or birds can make their home in our chimney. THANK YOU EASTSIDE EXTERMINATORS.

Description of Work: Eastside came and did a very thorough review of our house, including our crawlspace under the porch and our roofline, to determine possible entry points for rodents (we had had past rodent activity and wanted to make sure the last provider did a thorough job). They prepared a complete report and then sat down and helped me prioritize what should be done. Although the cost is for a review rather than any work performed, it was very helpful in deciding what should be done next. I also liked that they didn't try to push a service plan on me but just mentioned it as an option. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would recommend this type of review to anyone.

Description of Work: ongoing pest control services

Description of Work: Had new foam insulation installed on crawl and blown in insulation in attic. They also did rodent exclusion work and we are now on a rodent service. It was a very big project and the team was very responsive. My only complaint was that it was difficult to get an itemized receipt from them, but I finally got it. The work was well done and we have saved over a $100 a month on our heating bill.

Description of Work: They did an outside pest exclusion, by blocking all the possible points of entry in the crawl space. | |They also cleaned the plastic and respread the plastic vapor barrier. They replaced the insulation and repaired the fallen duct work as needed.

Description of Work: They came to a rental house which had rats. They did a thorough inspection of the entire house, top to bottom: attic, crawl space, roof, complete exterior. They set traps in the attic and crawl space and then wrote up a full report on all potential entrances and the cost estimate to close them off. As well as showing us where each entrance point was with recommendations on how to plug them.

Description of Work: General house rodent inspection. They placed 12 traps in the attic and recommended roughly $800 worth of repairs. Have not hired them to complete repairs.
