Description of Work: Rat exclusion. We've had problems with rats and various other animals in our attic space since the death of our wonderful cat "Sunny" who was an excellent mouser. No matter how hard I tried to keep her out of the attic, she always managed to get in and keep the space clear of pests. Major renovation on front porch seemed to help for a while, but they are back. Eastside was prompt, thorough, and efficient. Wanted the problem solved once and for all and they provide full guarantee when using monthly service (unless you feed wildlife). Purchased one year service plan and are hoping to resolve all rat issues during that time! Rat traps in attic space empty so far, using bait at perimeters. Sorry rats :(

Description of Work: We had a funny smell coming from our vents. Husband went into crawl space & found just a few droppings. Called Eastside & they were great! Very nice, professional & respectful. Found 3 rats. Yuck! And we have a newer build home! They fixed all entry points & suggested that we replace all the torn insulation, but absolutely no pressure to go do. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Purchased a deal on Angie's List for an inspection package. They performed the inspection and provided the listed service. What I did not expect was a pitch for expensive construction work such as replacing all of the insulation in the house. Overall I was satisfied with the experience, but if I had accepted the proposals they made after the inspection the cost would have been over well over $10,000. I did the remediation work myself for a fraction of the cost.

Description of Work: Last year, we got an infestation of termites in our deck. We had used another service, but they were not consistent in coming to our place for treatment. We called Eastside...they were prompt and showed us what we needed to do to correct the problem. They did a thorough treatment and set us up on a schedule. They always call ahead, so I can put the dogs away from the areas to treat. Very professional.

Description of Work: They inspected my house for rodents. They also took pictures of crawl space. He said it needs new plastic under the house but when I went down there was nothing wrong with it. He had pulled it away and taken pictures. He scared me so much about the situation in my crawl space. I didn't appreciate it.

Description of Work: They did the inspection and then sent me an estimate that in order to close any potebtial rodent opening it would cost $1,600 which I thought was extreme.

Description of Work: Killed a wasp nest -- need multiple visits but not different that expectation.

Description of Work: Todd came out to check for 'dead rodent', he did a very thorough inspection and we were both satisfied that it was not a dead rodent.

Description of Work: The initial inspection was fine -- found possible pest access points and set traps. The proposed cost of $640 + Tax to seal the access points seemed excessive to us. I called the inspector to see what the cost would be to do a small portion of the worked proposed. His response was $500+. Way too much. He then said he would call back in 10 minutes. Haven't heard from him.

Description of Work: Routine check plus setting traps. I like how well he explained everything, with photo backup for those hard-to-get-to places I'd never seen. He provided a good an education on rodent behavior.
