Description of Work: Bought the $99 rodent inspection, turned out that I needed an entire crawlspace cleanout and re-insulation with new vapor barrier. Abatement was also done to seal up the gaps. Once service was done, company offered one year of rodent prevention service that was too high considering I just spent $3000 to redo and secure the crawlspace.

Description of Work: They did an inspection and fixed all the points of entry that rodents could use. We also signed up for their monthly service and monitoring if the bate stations around the perimeter of the house. They did a great job and we will see how the monthly service works with keeping our house rodent free.

Description of Work: We asked them to inspect, clean and rodent proof our crawl space. Rodent proofing didn't go well. Rodent's -re-appeared in 2 weeks, and then again in 2 months. Every person who came on subsequent visits provided a different diagnosis and advice for next steps. Some even criticized work done by their own people on previous visits. The woman who showed up the first time after rodents re-appeared had the agenda to blame it on the house and within a few minutes of arriving she settled on one of the unlikeliest reasons (rodents coming in through a small hole in garage, going 50 feet or so across, finding another tiny hole to enter the crawl space and then going another 50 feet or so to kitchen, which ignoring the most obvious one, in that they are left a gap in the siding right next to the kitchen unattended).
