Description of Work: First inspector apparently missed one rodent feces site. So second inspector estimated over $3000 to remediate on top of $8000+ already paid. Find an excuse to sell more services - inspectors on commission?

Description of Work: We live in the country, and have always had nice, but picked up rats around November. The service rep inspected and confirmed our suspicions. We set up a recurring service and they were successful in removing the rats. |The less than stellar ratings come from their lack of responsiveness to our calls between scheduled visits. We were told that our contract included unlimited additional visits. We needed then to make 2 of these additional visits in the 3 months we had a contract and each time they were not able to come out for over a week.

Description of Work: There was rot under a door going out to the back patio. This was caused by rainwater over a 20 year period leaking between the concrete back step and the portion of the house under the door. They replaced the rotted portion of rim joist and connected joists, effected sub-floor, flashed with an impervious self adhesive fabric flashing. They replaced the back door that I provided and the replaced the siding that was impacted by the leak. The work was done by Cory and Ishaun and they were great. They were prompt, courteous, professional and kept the area involved neat. They did a good job of explaining the cause and how they would prevent a re-occurance. Kudos should also go out to Kevin who discovered the rot while investigating a different issue in the crawl space and Scott who came out to give an estimate for the repair. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful.

Description of Work: Had them insulate my attic and spray foam into the exterior walls. Work was completed promptly, well, and they were clean and professional. Only hiccup was they invoiced using their pest control invoices which makes it look funny when claiming rebates/tax credits.
