They did a nice job. They were definitely responsive.

Very professional. They gave me two quotes for covering holes/keeping mice out and another for redoing our entire the crawl space (new insulation, vapor barier, etc.). We went with them for the holes/keeping mice out because we needed it done asap. I really have no idea if their prices were competitive. The crawl space quote was very expensive, so we got a few more quotes and went with Clean Crawl. I did find their work very professional and I really liked their follow-up to make sure things were done right.

They first came out to do a check for rodents. Then they wrote up a report and suggested some holes to fill. They were very prompt in getting back to me and scheduling the appointment. They were here a long time, probably about 2 hours. They were very thorough. They explained things really well. They took time to answer all my questions. They came back and did put a cage in my attic. That wasn't even in the original deal. Everything they did was very professional. They outlined all the costs very well.

Eastisde exterminators came in and sprayed a powder in the slot that killed all of the bees. It did take 2 times to have them come out, but they do not charge for additional visits for the same problem so it was great. Very good quality work. Would hire again.

I have used this company for over ten years and they are always polite, punctual and thorough. The only bad experience was with the branch of the business that deals with removal and replacement of the insulation. They did a good job but tried to do too much in one day and ended up staying at my home until 10 p.m.

They were very reasonable and did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. I am really happy with what they did. They also fixed few other things which I had not notices as well. They were very fast as well. They were very good on price as well. They were good all around. They have done extermination work in the other house that I own as well.

They are little pricey. At first I was pretty happy with them, but they have not been rechecking their work when I ask them. I would continue to use them.

I highly recommend them. They were professional and very thorough. I did not get a lot of other estimates so it is hard for me to comment on the price. I will use them in the future.

In the late fall of 2009, I heard a scratching noise in the wall and my cats were going nuts. I called a handful of exterminating companies and EastSide exterminators had the first availability. The technician came a few days later and conducted a throrough examination of my house, outside, in the attic and crawl space and informed me that I had a rodent problem. He provided an estimate for exclusion work, replacing the vapor barrier in my crawl space, and removing and reinsulating my attic. He also offered a service contract for bi-monthly service to inspect the work and prevent future problems. I was offered a "bulk" discount and signed up for the exclusion work, vapor barrier, and annual contract. He also scheduled the work for the next week before he left. I worked from home when the work was originally scheduled and no one showed up. After an hour, I called them and they had no record of my service and indicated it was ridiculous to think I could have all of this work completed so quickly. We rescheduled for a week or two later, the workers showed up on time (first the exclusion crew then the vapor barrier crew). They were professional and courteous. The service contract has been a problem as well. The exclusion crew left traps in my attic and crawl space and indicated that the technician would check them bi-monthly. I wasn't home for the first visit and assumed they checked, my partner was home for the second and they didn't check the traps. I called and complained and they indicated they had no record of traps being left in the home. I told them I wanted to be home for the next visit and that they should call to give me advanced notice. They called Friday afternoon for a Monday morning appointment. I called and indicated that I needed more notice, we rescheduled and the technician checked the traps and they hadn't caught anything - however, this was 6 months since they had been set and if they had caught something, it would have been a smelly problem. My partner was home for the next technician visit and he had no knowledge or intention of checking the traps and when asked indicated that they had been checked two months ago and grudgingly checked them. I called to complain and was told that they only do the work that is on their ticket and that they would make a note and check it next time. I told them that they evidently had a record-keeping issue and asked how to cancel the service contract at which point I was informed that I had several months left on my contract and I couldn't canceled. This enraged me, but I agreed to let them finish the contract. If the technician comes out again and doesn't check the traps, I'm cancelling the contract and taking them to small claims court (given my strong inclination towards convenience, this is a big deal for me). Unless I get a mea culpa, I will not be renewing the service contract and will find a more consistent company to use in the future.

The initial consultation was $250 and then it cost us about $1000 for sealing the entrances. Then we had a monthly recurring charge. They come out and keep bait stations. There was a woman who came out to do the inspection herself. She was very quick and identified an entry point. She checked the attic and the roof and identified it. Her workmen came out and sealed everything up. They came out again and checked for everything. They actually stopped the problem. It was the third company who had actually solved the problem rather than just charging a monthly fee. They weren?t the cheapest in terms of their pricing. I have recommended them to a friend and they have been happy as well. I would use their services in the future, too.

Overall, I was pleased with the work.

They performed the work on time, they did what they promised, they cleaned up, and they stuck to their price. I had 6 or seven workers at their peak, they never slowed down and were always careful. I would definiteley recommend this company.

We had just bought our house and knew there were rodent problems in the crawl space. The home inspector would not venture far in, so we had no idea the extent of the damages. Jack from Eastside had no problem going through our whole crawlspace and identified problems with carpenter ants, rats and apparently we had raccoons at some point. All of our insulation had to come out and all the rat holes and access points were repaired and new insulation was installed. This all happened fairly quickly and everyone was always on time. We also are having the exterior of our house sprayed for more ants and have rat bait stations set up all around our fence. The cost seemed a bit high, but they did a lot of work and it was all done fast and on time. I would recommend them.

We spend $86.00 every three months. They are friendly. When we had rats in our house they got them out promptly. It was very nice. They are thorough. They are very responsive and professional. They don't call. They just come because we don't need to be here for them to be here. We have bait stations outside and they refill the bait stations. The rats eat the poison and then go somewhere else and die.

The exclusion work to keep the rats from coming in was done a week later and the folks that showed up were prompt and professional. They kept the crawlspace entry area (next to the front door) clean, took pictures of the damage done by the rodents, showed where they had done the exclusion work, and did a great job of clean-up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company if you need pest control. Everyone from the estimator, to the office, to the guys who did the work were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

The service provider called after inspecting the site and told us that in addition to repairing entry sites that they recommended replacing all of the insulation under the crawl space. The technician said that he thought there was raw sewage inside the insulation and that he couldn't tell if rodent droppings were entwined in the insulation. He felt that a sewage pipe going through the ducting also did not look right and might be the problem. Overall, he just thought it would be best to clean up the whole area. I was alarmed at his description of the problem and agreed to having a quote on the costs. In the meantime, I called a plumber to check on the "raw sewage" problem. The plumber did not find any problem and said it was perfectly normal to have heating ducts and plumbing pipes in the configuration under the house. The bid to replace the insulation was over$4,000.00. I could not believe it. What I then discovered was that the company was also an insulation contractor. When I was put on hold the message playing over the phone advertised their insulation services. I confirmed with the receptionist that they did do insulation. Buyer beware if you call for rodent extermination. You will be advised to replace your insulation when you probably do not have to. We repaired to rodent entry areas and have set bait traps and so far have no further problems.

We had a great experience with Eastside Exterminators. They did a fair amount of work for us. The home we bought had very poor under-floor insulation and had several old ?rat nests? from previous unwanted tenants in the past. The vapor barrier also needed to be replaced. The crawl space was in very poor condition and hard to more around in (tight spaces). The entry/exit door was in our hall closet! They had to remove all the old insulation and lots of other junk without damaging our walls and carpets. They did a GREAT JOB! When they were through, it was a total transformation. They completed the work on time and came back twice to make sure no rodents had found an entry. This was a real tough and dirty job. I was very pleased with their work, their follow-up, and their price. We are now on their annual maintenance plan to make sure this doesn?t happen again. I highly recommend Eastside Exterminators.

They came by and inspected and set traps, then a week later did the work to prevent any further rat entrance. The inspector returned to check the job, and on another day a different crew came by to clean up and install insulation.

Upon discovering an ant infestation in my house, I called Eastside Exterminators for a quote and appointment. They helped diagnose the problem over the phone, then set up an appointment for the next day. The technician was friendly, thorough, and informative. The ants were gone 24 hours later, and have not returned.

They came out to do an inspection and provide quote for exclusion work. They scheduled follow-up exclusion work appointment. The work was done correctly; however, one aspect was not up to my stringent standards. Eastside was extremely quick to come back out and redo the work to make me happy, great customer service.

I called about a BAD odor coming from our heating vents. Jason came out for an initial inspection and removed an old dead rat from insulation in the crawl space. He didn't stop there though - he felt that there must be at least another dead rat inside the ducting to get the kind of odors in the vents we had. He looked inside the furnace as well as inspected all the duct work, and found the point of entry under an alcove that extends past the foundation. He sprayed some Bac Zap sanitizer into the furnace and blew it through the ducts and scheduled a follow-up visit to do the actual work of opening up the ducts to find the offender. On the follow up visit, he took apart the under-side of the alcove, removed all the (gross) insulation that rats had clearly been living in, found the hole in the old flexi-duct, replaced the duct, put up wire mesh along with new wood under piece and some metal flashing. Then he went into the crawl space and was able to look in the ducts and found the two dead offenders. He removed them, sprayed more sanitizer, and sealed the duct back up. Jason was always punctual and polite and answered all of my questions along with thoroughly explaining what he planned to do and then explained again what he had discovered and done each step of the way. This was truly a disgusting smell and we are so thankful Jason was such a great detective to not only find the dead rats, but to find exactly where they had entered the duct.

Joe arrived promptly and explained what he would be doing. He set traps, inspected the exterior and gave a report of the likely entry points. Also gave estimate for his company to do the repairs. We opted to have them do the repairs even though the price seemed awfully high. It took two weeks for the Bruce to come out - we were not home. The work he did was not acceptable (looked sloppy) so I called and they sent him out again. Two weeks later he redid the work and now it looks even worse. I called the service manager to request a partial refund as we are now going to have to fix it ourselves. I expected more for the price I paid. We never received a return call from the company. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Oh, they did an excellent job. They actually came out twice and the second time they did not charge me anything at all. This time was the first time and they were great. They did very very good and they took care of the problem. I thought the price was also fair. They were knowledgeable and very nice, too.

They have been professional and polite for us. Came out when they said, and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Already hired them again. When they came out for a possible rodent problem it was raining, she told me to stay inside, that she would let me know if she found anything. The things she did find she took pictures of with her digital camera and showed me right there. I'm not certain this is normal but it was extremely helpful.
