They were very good. They were very friendly. They were professional. They did a very thorough job.

We found them on Angie's List. We got a discount because we got them from Angie's List. Even though we had the discount, the service was more expensive than we thought it was going to be. However, we thought it was a good idea to spend the money and take care of the problem so we don't have to keep calling them back. I think we will also use the 2 month call back service they offer. They showed up when they said they were. We've never had an exterminating problem, so I don't really know how to compare services. We were happy with everything they did. They did a really good job, and we would use them again.

We have used them for 3 years. They did a super job and I recommend them to anybody. The only downside is that we got a large job that we were supposed to get for free, but we did not. We had a rat that came into the house, and they were quick at getting rid of it right away.

They were easy to schedule with and gave a good report. However, they gave me a lot of hassle when I didn't use them to do the job after the report.

They do a good job, we have not had any problems.

We had been putting bait stations in our yard but that didn't solve the problem and there are still rats in the yard (it drives our dog nuts!) but at least they are no longer in the house. Eastside Exterminators put flashing over the numerous areas in our old house where the rats could get into the attic. They also came out and cleaned out all of the old insulation and replaced it with blown in, clean insulation.All of the workers I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and low key. While it was expensive, I think I got a lot for my money. An inspector came out after the work was done and identified potential entry points that weren't covered so a worker came out and sealed those.I feel like Eastside Exterminators will be around and will stand by their work if those darn rats get in again.

They found a place leading into where the rats were coming and locked it up for me. Good service.

Extremely disappointed!! ! I recently (Oct. 2011) hired Wendy Jacobson from Eastside Exterminators to repair/clean up the damages caused by a raccoon in the crawlspace area. The job never completed as promised and she have not returned my phone calls and emails since they have made an unauthorized transaction of the full amount of the repair cost instead of 25% prior completing the job. When I contact their office expressing my concerns, they only direct me to Wendy?s voicemail and she never response via email?.

I hired this company to do some pest exclusion work which included placing a small plastic dryer vent shield on the side of my house. I noticed that one of the vanes was missing on the part they installed so I called them to only inspect and repair the part if it was covered by their warranty. Instead they send somebody out that claims to looked at the part and claim that it was my fault do to some object fally on the part so they do no repeat work on this part that cost about $5-10 and they leave me a bill for $106.76 in this bill this they claim to have done an "inspection" of some crawl space inspire of the fact that nobody was home and all the doors were locked so it was impossible to get to the crawl space unless they broke into my house will I was away. They are clearly lying in order to sock with an unjustified bill and I am refusing to pay this bill including going to court if necessary. I called throe office over a month ago to complain and their employee took my complaint and never got back to me inspire of telling me that they would. Instead they send me a send bill today ignoring my complaint. This is nothing but a fraud and a ripoff and I will never use this company again.

We have a contract with them and they come monthly or bimonthly. The price was little expensive.

It went well overall. They came out on relatively short notice and treated the complex. The price was on the high side. We did not appriciate the "Orkin" sales pitch to have the complex treated every other month. We have the complex treated twice a year. We may interview a few other companies before our next scheduled treatment.

I have been happy with them. They seem to know what they are doing. The office staff and technicians are very nice. I feel good about them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They were pleasant to deal with and prompt showing up for all appointments. My house is now sealed up tight with no sign of the critters anymore. Eastside came back a week after sealing the house to double check everything and make sure the rats had not found some way back into the house.

I like them and they do a great job overall. They fixed a lot of things in the house because there were lots of damages. They were very professional, responsive and thorough. They just do good work.

They update traps every two monthly. They initially came because we had a problem when a rat had got inside the house. Now I don't really interact with them because I know they show up every couple of months to replenish the traps and they report on it to me. The first phase was making sure that we eliminated any opportunities for the rats to get into the house about a year and a half ago. Then they identified five locations. I'm very pleased with the price, quality and the responsiveness of their work. Then we went on a maintenance plan given that we know there are rodents that are around our property.

The good news is I haven't had to call them back for awhile. They were prompt and did this thing which is sealing the access to my home. They sealed every single tiny little places that critters could get in. They sealed everything and did an excellent job at it. They sealed up the whole attic roof then came back and when whatever was up there died. They came right out and put that rodent away. They were very good, prompt and clean about it. They were very helpful with interior and exterior extermination. Their job is to work themselves out of a job which they've done, I haven't called them in years.

They come like clockwork. The price is reasonable. We had a problem with termites 15 years ago. Since these guys have been taking care of our pest control services, we haven't had any problems at all. They are very reasonable and prompt. I think they are a good bargain for the service.

They were very expensive as they gave us a quote for $7000. Another company did the same job for $2000. Eastside Exterminators quoted me for unnecessary things and were not professional. I will not use their services in future.

They sent a person promptly when we called. They quickly handled our problem and showed me where they rodents got in. Terrific job of explaining what they were doing. There was good followup to be sure we were satisfied. And when I had a problem with insects later, the same great service.

Overall they have worked very well for us and I would recommend them for anybody that is having an insect issue.

A spider sighting in the house is very rare perhaps a couple per year and only during the heavy spider months - previously was hundreds. If we notice an additional issue, for example we have found wasp or bee nests a couple times - they have come out in between and not charged anything. They are very respectful of our property and you can't tell they've been here other than, there are no pests and they save trees by dropping your bill off at the same time.
