It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I would give them a terrible rating. They were very nice and very articulate when they came out. The lady that came out gave us an itemized listing of what each thing cost. My wife and I are elderly and we lost the list. We asked for a copy and they never gave it to us. They sent us something else but we liked the itemized list. My wife wanted to go ahead. There was a big item having to do with the soffits around the roof. We would like to do it but not at the price they charge. They did all the other work and it took a 2 man crew about half a day. They also put out rat bait. I was very unhappy. The lady was very nice that came out but we made several requests for the itemized list and couldn't get what we wanted. They didn't shoot very straight but the people was all very nice. I wouldn't initiate business with them again but they do come out every 2 months to put out the rat bait. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. We haven't had any more rats.

The service went well. There were no additional charges for that service. Part of the service includes a recommendation for subsequent service, but not for this one. This was the first time I used them. I thought the person that came out was very knowledgeable and have a lot of good input on rodents and rodent prevention, and they had great suggestions for mitigation.

I have used them in the past. They do a thorough inspection job. I did an inspection before listing my home.

I found wasps inside an upstairs window and saw a nest under the edge of the roof. I called and an hour later the exterminator was at our house. He found another nest and treated both. I was impressed with the prompt service.

I called to find someone who might want a native hive of honey bees that was saved when a tree was removed. He came that night to seal in the bees and determine how much help he might need to move the large piece of tree trunk. He returned the next day to pick up the hive free of charge. It was great to save a native hive!

We had some trees removed and found carpenter ants. We called Eastside Exterminators right away and explained the situation. Vicky answered the phone and was incredibly kind, understanding our need for them to come out right away. She gave us a window of time between 3 and 5 and sure enough around 3:30, Ben arrived. He reviewed the trees and started spraying. We are so appreciative of their coming out right away and how friendly Vicky and Ben were.

It turned out great. I spent lots of money. We had service for the next month after they came the first time. They are very efficient and they are very professional. They kept everything nice and clean. They were on time and told me how much it was going to cost and stuck to it. The price was pretty reasonable.

They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend these guys for sure.

She was EXTREMELY thorough with a difficult job, very professional and produced a very detailed and understandable report. She communicated about the time, calling ahead and was quite accurate about how long the process would take.

Professional and friendly device. Came back twice to check and reset traps. No more rats!

Very friendly contact people on the phone. They made an addon in the service because of bad ants situation in the kitchen. The field person came around 6pm. Did everything carefully. The ants went away after a few days.

They were very friendly. Asked me questions about any issues I knew about or was concerned about. Once they started tehy were finished in 20 minutes. Very fast and very thorough.

Good! I was surprised about the number of times they had to visit the house. I think it was 6 total start to finish which is tough because you have to be home.

We ended up spending more than we initially thought that we would, but we had multiple issues in our crawl space, only some of which were pest related. I feel Eastside Exterminators are great at rodent exclusion and are extremely thorough. I will not go back to using a national chain again.

Paid for exterminating service on 8/23/13. They were to contact us by 8/27/13 to schedule an appt. Still have not heard from them, but the $99 charge is already on our credit card. Bummer that they have not followed through.

Went incredibly smoothly. Their Eastside tech John showed up on time and over delivered on what he said he'd do. That's how to do business! Will use them as our go-to-exterminator service whenever a future need arises.

The wasp nest went away and then some other creature took over the wasp nest. The ants disappeared for a short amount of time but they came back. However, we had that treatment done because we were selling the house but we do not live there anymore. The man who came out was doing an upsale and recommended that we have the treatment done every three months but because we were selling the house, we did not listen. He came out to do the work about eight or nine days after we purchased the big deal. He did what he said he was going to do. He sprayed all around as he pointed out that one treatment probably was not going to be enough to get rid of the ants at any period of time. So, he was honest but it seemed to me that the $99 deal was basically to upsell services and I do not blame them for doing that. We were just not interested in buying any. I cannot judge the price because it was a special deal and I have no comparisons. His professionalism was also good.

Came in on time. Gave me an overview before starting off. I showed the technician a few places where there were wasp nests. He got most of them. But, missed one. He did not tell me before leaving. So, I could not even point it out to him. Other than this minor glitch, the overall experience was good and professional.

We just moved into a house a couple of weeks ago. Our inspection of the house before we bought it discovered some rodent activity and a contractor was hired to block areas of entry. After we moved into the house, we decided to have an inspection by an exterminator just to make sure. The inspector was very thorough - taking a couple of hours to search the attic and crawlspace. He said he found signs of rodent activity and set traps in both places. He then sat down with us to discussed all the problems we have in the house as far as pest entry problems, insulation problems, duct problems. It seemed that the main purpose of this $99 coupon was to find anything and everything wrong with the house in order to sell more services. A minimum of $800 more cost. Being new home owners, we didn't enjoy hearing what was wrong with our new house and felt like there were some scare tactics used when discussing rodents being in the house. We have not decided whether we will spend the extra money right now or not. We might get another bid before we do anything else.

It turned out great and those guys are good. They came and did it in a timely fashion. We were busy and I called them two or three days ago to set it up for a Friday since we were home that morning for a couple of hours. They were prompt once I made the appointment, but it was me that delayed it and not them. I like their business and the way they work. I stay in touch with them because they're good folks. They were supposed to be there at 9:00 and they were there at 9:00. I've used them in the past for years and I like them.

Special on Angies's List brought provider to my attention. 1st I sent them an email, but got no response, so then called & they came out immediately & sprayed.

It was pretty good. The technician did a good job. He was only here for twenty to twenty five minutes and usually I don’t pay $200 an hour to come work in my house. I understand the cost because he had to drive out here and we are ways out of town. Everything was stellar except that I thought it was little more expensive for what they were doing. He was quick to respond.

They are good. The only downside is that they don't treat for spiders and ants. They do pests and rodents. They even do bees. They do really well.
