It went really well... they set traps, then removed the dead rodents on demand and at periodic re-inspections. The "pest proofing" was really good. They found the smallest entry points and sealed them up. Very pleased with that. I do not anticipate any issues with rodents in the future.

These guys were awesome. I wish it would have been a bit cheaper but in all great service and totally worth it.

The experience was fine. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, and they said what they said they were going to do. The staff was good. The price was good, it didn't see unreasonable. They even did a follow up call a week or two ago, but I haven't had the chance to respond.

It was very good. I thought they were good, on time, and professional. I’m not sure how competitive the price was but they did a good job.

This company came highly rated both from Angie's List and from other people we knew. Perhaps it was just not a good day, but the person who came appeared to be very lethargic and even fell asleep in the truck while writing up the inspection report. They were supposed to get back to us with a price for quarterly inspections and we never heard from them. All in all, it's not a company I would want to do business with in the future.

Technician was and has continued to be VERY professional. She spent about 3 hours crawling under my home, walking the property and looking for external entry points. Great report was provided describing the best solutions. Only points to keep in mind: 1) Ask for photos as they were not provided automatically. 2) The recommended action list is a "if the world was perfect" list. Ask for a prioritization of the services.

I have been using Eastside for over a year now and they are very timely in coming and servicing all traps and bate boxes every two months.

Their prices were a little too high to use them for the fixes, we just did it ourselves.

It was excellent. We got very good service and they did wonderful work. They installed the boxes to help with rodents as well.

Went well, just wanted us to set up bate stations, and have monthly service. Also told us we needed to fix items in our crawl space, we already knew about.

We moved into our home in March, 2013. In Oct-Nov we began hearing noises in the crawl spaces/kitchen walls. We purchased the big deal inspection for $99. Eastside was very quick to respond to our call and Wendy came out within a week to perform the inspection. She was VERY thorough in her inspection and sat down with me afterwards and discussed the extent of the problem in detail. She was patient with me and my many questions and provided me with estimated costs to exterminate as well as to set up bimonthly maintenance service which inculdes bait houses, continued trap checks, and fixing any future openings the rats may find/create. She was not pushy on trying to sell me the maintenance program and she didn't try to push a bunch of 'extras' on us to boost up the cost. Everyone we have dealt with in the company (office and field) have been very helpful and they even came out between services to check/empty traps when I called and asked them to do this. We would highly recommend this company to our friends/family/neighbors!

They were excellent. They showed up on time and were professional, thorough and respectful. On two visits they spent several hours working very hard. Even though I hope I never have to use them again, if we have another rodent problem we will definitely call them immediately.

I was impressed by Eastside professionalism and quality enforcement in their Pest Exclusion work. First an expert person came to do the house inspection and compiled a detailed list of work items needed to do a complete exclusion, and discussed that with me. Then a worker came out to do all the work listed. Finally later a third person, particularly expert, came to check how the work was carried out, and he called the handyman back because he found a couple of additional spots that needed further work (and that I did not notice at all). I really appreciated the thoroughness of the work. A week later they sent out a group of handymen to do the crawl space cleanup work. They worked for several hours and did a remarkably good job. When I bought the house (a couple of months earlier) that crawl space was truly scary, with plenty of ?leftovers? from a pest infestation happened a few years before. After their cleanup job, a contractor that came out for a different work stated that he had rarely seen such a nice and clean crawl space.

Did a great job and sent someone right out to correct a small problem that arose from one of the foam injection sites. The issue was quickly resolved at no extra cost.

I called Eastside Exterminators at 9am about the problem and they showed up by 11:30am. The gal who arrived was very professional and friendly. She went right to work. I felt bad as I showed her how to get under the house. She got right to it. The whole service took about 2 hours. At the end she presented me with a drawing of my home and detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix the rodent problem. We were so impressed with how thorough she was with her details. She even sent me all of the photos she took.

Right on time. All the guys I have dealt with have been very punctual, professional, helpful and friendly. Nice company to do business with. They still have more to do, but so far it has been great.

However, the deal indicated that there would be some potential remedy included. In the end, this exercise is just paid business development for Eastside. I gave them $99, and they gave me a proposal for $1000 in one-time services and a monthly service contract. They did do a thorough job inspecting the house, but I would typically expect a site visit to propose services to be done at the vendor's expense. This $99 really didn't help me with my problem at all.

Do be aware that if you have a current rodent problem cost will increase dramatically. We mostly were performing preventative measures. There is a maintenance fee (of course) for the rep to come out and check/reload the traps periodically. This is worth it since our place backs up to some woods and there are lots of critters looking for a warm crawlspace to infiltrate.

It turned out really well. I think it was a good service. It was absolutely great. Their recommendation was to do an exclusion procedure. I was really pleased with the service. They came in a few weeks after the deal was purchased. There were charges for the actual work they did on the house to try and rodent proof the house. For the inspection there were no extra charges but when they came out and did the prevention I had to pay extra. It was on a different day and then somebody came on a third visit and inspected that the work was done properly. I think they were great. I've used a different one prior to that and I didn't find that right but this was good, the people were nice. I've had no issues since the service was done. $99 was a good price and service was great. I was pleased with them.

Great service. Part of deal was to return to remove traps. Company did not set up removal date nor have they contacted me to do so. I will end up removing myself...not a big deal.

The guys who did the insulation work, did a great job and cleaned up well. They wore booties over their shoes while in the home. Overall, we have no complaints and we were pleased with the service.

Great service! I requested a bid to insulate the attic and crawl space of a 3200 sf 40 year old home after a colleague of mine raved how Eastside Inslation did his home last year, and his heating bills have been cut in half. A technician promptly came to evaluate the extent of the work. He took pictures as I was standing outside the crawl space or attic to show some areas that had trouble. I was very surprised to see and hear how poorly my home was insulated. You could say it wasnt insulated. I was given a bid for the removal and installation of insulation, and also a bid for the pest exclusion. within days, a team of 3 came to remove the insulation. within a day or so, a crew of two arrived to repair places where critters come in to nest and traps were set. A few days later, an quality inspector came to check the traps, and inspect the work that was done. Once it all checked out, a crew of 3 arrived to install all the insulation. They returned for second day to blow in insulation between the floors. (a unique situation) I had a unique situation regarding an attic/crawlspace between the floors, and the field supervisor came to see what could be done, and because it was a little complex, he was here the day of insulation to make sure everyone understood the scope. Every technician was courteous, on time, and finished as scheduled. When I had a question, it was answered thoroughly. I have lived in my 40 year old house for 28 years. I didnt realize how badly the house was insulated, and how critters were getting in. I had no idea that this company is a one stop shop, pest exclusion, insulation removal and installation. My daughters have complained for years, how cold the upstairs was. After he evaluation, I could understand why. After the installation, I was blown away with how forceful the heat came from the registers that was actually hot! Previously, the heat coming from the registers were luke warm. Over the years I had asked another heating company if that was normal (while they were cleaning my ducts) and they said yes. It wasn't. I had been losing alot of heat in the crawl space that had no insulation and ducting that wasnt sealed. Thus, I was losing heat and force. I cant believe what a difference it makes in this 3200 sf house! There isnt the hot/cold spots in the house, it is much more even. I should have done this 28 years ago, think of the savings! As it is now, I am looking forward to my next Utility bill. I hope to recover my initial costs within 5 years. My furnace doesnt have to run as hard, so I expect I will get more life out of it too!

Outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. Initial work completed by technicition missed some areas that had to be re-inspected and re-completed, but the company sent a quality inspector to ensure all the work was completed and he caught the missed items. They came back quickly and repaired the missed items. Everyone was very professional and the quality of work was high.

It was a little expensive but they were here for several hours working from crawl space to attic to deal with issues that could be problems. I like the fact that they warranty the repairs/fixes they made for one year. In spite of this rather cold winter I am not experiencing mice in my home again - so far so good. We live in the country so it will be an on-going battle but I feel better using Eastside to deal with the issue.
