Eastside Exterminators

Simple procedure, knowledgeable and courteous guy. He came in, sprayed around the house and roof eves, talked about how to keep an eye on possible infestations. This was the second time I've used them and will probably use them again.

The inspector was on time and VERY thorough. The following report had an amazing amount of detail and photos. They followed up with a phone call and were ready to do the service needed quickly. I missed the fact that there were three separate bids so when I added them all together is was more than I could afford at the time.

I purchased an Angies List deal from Eastside Exterminators to have the outside of my residence sprayed for ants, spiders, and bees (preventative maintenance basically) for $99.00. Two Eastside Exterminators representatives arrived at my house and asked what I wanted to have done. I advised them that along with spraying the exterior of my house for ants and spiders, I had noticed several bee hives around my roof lining that I wanted sprayed. The workers were very professional and stated they would take care of everything that I wanted to have done. After they completed, they explained to me what they did. The only negative experience was that they showed up 20 minutes late which was not an issue on this date but I would suggest to Eastside Exterminators that a phone call to let customers know you are going to be late would be greatly appreciated I'm sure.

The estimate provided by Eastside Exterminators was very detailed and I felt they were knowledgeable. We had evidence of pest activity prior to their coming although we were using an exterminating company at the time. The company we were using had screened some areas around the base of the house when we initially moved in but it was not done properly. Also there were many other points of entry in the crawl pointed out to me by Eastside that were easily visable which were never brought to our attention or addressed by the other company. Eastside screened the little holes/roof vents where birds were gaining entry, which the company we were using previously would not/could not do. Eastside will deal with other wildlife not just bugs, mice and rats. They were professional, neat, protected the floors and carpets when they came to do the work. We did have special circumstance surrounding a drain and a moisture alarm in our crawl which I had not thought to speak with them about prior to them laying the new vapor barrier and they had laid it covering the drain. But as I said, I had forgot about I myself t and wasn't sure what was done around that area prior. After speaking with the drainage company while the workers waited, I was told it should not be covered by the vapor barrier. So I went down with the workers to locate it and uncover that area. While down there it seemed the vapor barrier could have used a few more stakes to secure it in certain areas and I asked them to please add more in those spots as I walked around and pointed them out and they did so. I don't lay vapor barrier every day so it may well be they'd used enough stakes to begin with, but they didn't seem to mind putting a few more in which was nice. I would use them again for this work and we have switched to them for our maintenance. The access to our crawl space is in our entry way closet which is also a storage area and it smells so much better in there now that the old insulation is gone.

He sprayed around the house and told us if we still have a problem in two months to give him a call.

The gentleman that came to my house was just great! He was on time, professional and informative. He did a complete pest inspection around the perimeter of my house as well as sprayed and let me know that I didn't have anything to worry about pest wise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They did a good job. They showed up on time. The price was excellent.

They arrived on time, were very professional and efficient. They did a follow up visit. We also hired them for a much needed crawl space cleaning and re-covering, insulation (extra cost, of course, this review is only for Rodent Exclusion)

This review is to replace the one I submitted on May 29, as most of that review was cut off, much of it not printed, and gave a misleading impression that they did not catch anything at all on any of their visits. They caught two squirrels and a raccoon in all. I had no problem with racoons. I would like to emphasize that the advertising for the $250 Wild Life package was misleading. They did not specify that out of the four visits, they would be counting as one visit:: a person to come and give an estimate on repairing squirrel damage; a bogus visit where supposedly someone came when we weren't there and changed the bait, which had not been done; and one where someone came and set traps, but did not bring bait and we had to supply our own, which was inadequate and caught nothing. Yes, they came out seven times in all, but that was because I insisted they make good on the poor service.

to all that have been conned by this business, the owner (that you should take to small claims) is: Alex Altizer I'm filing my small claim at a time my choosing and in the mean time the debt is increasing with the interest I charge they have failed to service my place as agreed & tried to conn me through the "cancellation fee" that was not disclosed or agree to ==================================================================== it went badly! I am basically taking them to small claims court since I was conned & I also reported them to the Kirkland police department for threatening to break and enter into my property and house. After I signed the paperwork for insulation work & blocking ways rodents can get it they made me sign a regular pest service otherwise there is no warrantee for the work they did. I found that I was paying $90 a visit for some guy to come while I am not around and claims to do work. when I asked them to make sure that their employees only arrive when I am at home they told me that every single time slot I suggested would not work for them!!! then they proceeded to inform me that since they have bait boxes on my property they can come and enter my property & house without my consent!!!!!! they repeated this threat multiple times and only stopped after I reported them to the Kirkland police department for threatening to break and enter into my property the kicker is when you try and cancel the service. what they don't disclose is that you have to pay 6 months worth of service to cancel the contract! there is too much s***** at this "business"

The Eastside representative, Robert, came on time and did a great job. We reviewed together the areas that needed to be addressed and he went right to work. In a few cases there were some questions about the most effective way to contain the area, so Robert discussed the options clearly with me and we made the decisions together. Overall the quality of the work was first-rate and the experience very positive. I was very happy with the work performed and would hire them again for future work.

The technician came early, but called in advance to make sure that was okay. She performed her inspection thoroughly and went over our options for exclusion and clean up. We were given an Angie's List discount for further work to be performed. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She also understood our need to stick to a budget.

Very unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to a manager, was told they would call me and they never did.

Made appointment a few days ago after purchasing deal. Company was quick to respond and to set convenient service date. Tech arrived on time. Discussed our concerns reviewed recommendations then performed spray efficiently.

Their service was pretty satisfying, their rates were pretty cheap, and they did a thorough job, and we haven't had any rats since they did the job 3 or 4 months ago. They had to redo the crawl space, and we are new home owners and there was previous pest activity, and current pest activity. It wasn't the cheapest thing, but it was half the cost that another company gave us.

Leo performed our service and was amazing! He did a fantastic job and we only had to have one treatment! We would absolutely deal with them again!

The service turned out fine. They did exactly what the deal stated and took care of the issue. They were efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. Scheduling was not an issue.

I called them because I was having rotten activity. I was able to get an appointment within days. They came, did an inspection and found activity on my crawl space . They placed traps and also changes my insulation and disinfected.

I picked Stop Bugging Me Pest Control. They used a trained dog to find bed bugs. The dog did not find any bed bugs.. Stop Bugging Me Pest Control inspected my home, including attic and crawlspace. Rat bodies, feces were found in crawlspace. I was being bitten in my bedroom by mites from the rats.

Technician was on time for appointment and did a review of the property. Initial treatment was performed with followups scheduled every 3 months. They are available to come out on an as needed basis at no additional charge.

The process was very quick, after the initial consult and finding of the mice they were out within a couple of days and spent hrs to seal up any possible entry. About a week later after sealing they came back to inspect the traps that had been set and see that there was no more activity. To date I have not had anymore activity heard or noticed.

Did a fairly good job, we have not seen many ants (though we did see one odd cases of ants) after the service. Hope for it to be effective as the guarantee was for 3-6 months. Pricing can be better, it is on a costlier side. We felt a 6-monthly service is good for us but the company offers either quarterly or annual. While quarterly is too often, annual may not be effective as we try to gain control. It helps if the company provides this option to customers.
