Description of Work: The basement of my circa 1920's house had a horrible smell coming from within the walls. Called and left messages with a few other companies, but Eastside answered right away, was immediately able to put me in touch with a technician, and he was at my house before noon. Tony took careful time to locate the source and removed the offending animal (a disgusting dead rat) without any damage to my home. He was polite and prompt. Should I need further services, I will use Eastside again.

Description of Work: The provider came at the appropriate time. Talked to me about what he would do. Took about 60 minutes to do the job.

Description of Work: I called the service provider and they were very nice and made an appt. I then went to purchase the big deal - and got an error from the web site that said something went wrong - one of the options was to try again. So, I did try again and got the same error. So, I decided to wait to try again later. I then checked my account and noticed that two Big Deals for this service had been charged to my account. So, one of these needs to be refunded from my account.

Description of Work: The service went well. Free evaluation and quote. I needed service inside and outside the house; the coupon was only for outdoor. Combining the two services with the coupon would have cost just as much as buying the combined service without the coupon. Overall, still happy with my experience.

Description of Work: Early in 2013 we had a very serious rat problem, outside and in the attic. With lots of timely work, Eastside Exterminators has now solved the problem completely. We would definitely recommend them to anyone else with the same problem. They will also clean-up, and re-insulate our attic if needed. We also give an “A” for all work.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced critter-damaged insulation and critter-proofed the crawlspace

Description of Work: Old insulation was removed from crawlspace under basement and new insulation and vapor barrier was installed.The crew arrived right on time. They were polite, knowledgable, and hard working. They checked with us on several issues before proceeding. The only problem we ran into were misunderstandings on what work was to be completed on particular days. Mistake in measurement on part of inspector doing estimate for insulation to walls of area of new construction. The inspector came back out and remeasured the area. The crew had been scheduled to do that work the same day but that area of new construction is not even close to being ready for insulation. Another misunderstanding occurred about work to be completed on outside of house. When we called in to schedule todays work I went through all the separate "proposals"and told the office person what work we needed done. I explained that our contractor would be arranging to have the inside insulation installed in the new construction area. The team arrived today expecting to do the work for the contractor today! That area has not even been constructed yet. The only other mixup was that I mentioned that I had located their company through Angie's list.I requested the discount be taken off our bill. It was not done until numerous phonecalls were made to the office and the inspector that bid the job. Only part of the job is completed at this time. We are happy with the work completed and their efforts to correct mistakes. We would use this company again. Kathy and John Ashmun
