The service went fine. We moved to a different house, and we have construction taking place. The drapes were quite new, but with the construction going on, they got pretty dusty. We have new carpeting, so we haven't used them for carpeting. The quality of the service was great. They were prompt.

The whole thing was fine, but what I didn't appreciate, and we weren't told ahead of time, is that they charge a $21 service charge, had I known that I would have checked elsewhere. The carpets looked great and they were OK.

They did a good job and I would recommend them!

They are very expensive; but they are kind of people who do the oriental rugs, especially valuable furniture. I had them do the upholstery work because I wanted to have it forever. They are specialized in that work, so they will reweave things. They are kind of specialty. They just do people's regular houses; but they are on a little high end. They are the people that one can trust for valuable carpets. I have been in there just to get a carpet pad, and they are always friendly. They are eager to help. They do draperies, blinds, and things like that. I don't think so I will use them for those things. They are first priced and top end. If I just do a family room every month, then I will get someone else to do the work; but if I am going to do the whole house, or if I really want work to be thoroughly done, then I will call them. I mostly use them for Oriental rug. They are good for specialty carpets. They are good at repairing Oriental carpets and repairing antique. They are good at giving me advice. They don't try to fix some things that they don't know how to do. They are experienced, and they have been here for long time. They have done a lot of specialties. They have always been on time. They always have kept the appointment. If I call, they get back to me. They are always pretty busy, so they have a lot of business. Their price is high for a reason.
