Fantastic, the gentlemen that came to do the job were extremely knowledgeable and did a super job.

Carlos has cleaned our carpets and upholstery 2-3 times now, and the work was EXCELLENT. He’s friendly and very focused a on doing a good job. And he does. I used another carpet cleaner because they were having a “special” (who will remain nameless) yet ultimately it cost more than Coit. And it was obvious that their Technicians were instructed to try and sell you a dozen products during the cleaning which I found VERY annoying I’ll never switch from Coit again. 😊

Wonderful service, everything looks great (especially the wood floors). Can’t speak to the drapes yet as they have not come back. Would definitely use these folks again. He explained what he was going to do, how it all worked, dried and when to walk in again. I thought the cost for what they did was extremely reasonable.

Edriso was on time, personable and provided more information on carpet care than anyone previously. He was very thorough and did a really good job. Carpets never looked better.

Great. Came within 2 days of me calling them. Gave me a 2 hour window the day before. Arrived at the beginning "!!!" of the 2 hour window. One of my vents is really up high. Cleaned both vents, no problem. One of them really needed it (brand of dryer makes a difference!).

The service was great but the extra charges ended up running up the bill.

The estimate for the work to be done was very satisfying. The gentleman was able to start the procedure straight away and completed it in little over an hour.

They are great people, and they worked hard, but the stains reappeared sooner than expected.

Th carpets looked good at first but within a month most of the stains returned. The provider also unraveled the hose to hook up to his equipment and didn't bother to put the hose back like it was when he arrived. The hose was just left unravel on the front porch.

The service was NOT performed as the initial meeting did not go well, the guy was nice but not interested and the price quote was a rip off for what I wanted done. This is why they will not give people a quote over the phone as they probably know that people will prepare and get their house all ready for the tech and then end up paying the over priced quote as they have taken the time to prepare and take time off to be home.... Well I am not one of those people. I would rather wait and use someone else.

from the initial call to the return of the drapes, the provider was really great. We only had two cloth type blinds to clean and they did not even hesitate to provide great service as if we had 100 blinds to clean.

Did a wonderful job. The worker did great work, highly professional, very friendly. Only negative is that when he connected his hose from his truck to our home, the hose left a brown spot on the grass. He could have run the hose on the sidewalk instead of over the grass. We use COIT every year and they do excellent work.

This company has in the past done a very good job for us. Their actual service is still good, but their customer service and communication have gone badly downhill. I scheduled carpet cleaning on a certain date. No one showed up, and no one called. I called the local phone number and got a call center in some other state. They, of course, knew nothing. Eventually someone from the local office called and apologized but did not have an explanation for what happened. The service was rescheduled for the following week. The following week, I did get a call ahead of time, and the technician showed up on time. He did a good job of cleaning the carpets. He took an area rug with him for cleaning at their facility. He said the rug would be returned in about a week, and that I would get a call a day or so before. I did not receive a call a day before. The morning of the possible delivery, I received a message saying the technician would arrive between 10 and noon. As it happened, I was not going to be home during those hours. No one asked me what my schedule was on that day! I called the local number, again got a call center, was kept on hold for 10 minutes, and then got a customer service agent who seemed surprised that I was not willing to change my plans to accommodate Coit! She finally agreed to change the appointment to another day. She said she would contact the technician. A few hours later the technician called to say he had stopped by, and no one was home. Apparently no one contacted him about the change in schedule. I do not yet have my rug back. In addition, I received multiple calls from Coit during the intervening week, trying to sell me other services. I keep asking to be taken off the sucker list, but they do not seem to get the message very well. Although the actual service they provide is still good, Coit has terrible customer service, and the local office and the call center do not communicate with each other. This is not a good way to retain customers. I will probably find another carpet cleaning service on Angie's list next time I need my rugs cleaned.

Arrived on time, did a thorough job, will definitely hire again. 40% off special made it very cost effective.

They did a great job. They went above and beyond. They were on time and professional.

Technician was prompt, most professional and completed the cleaning in a timely manner.

Carpet cleaning was 40% off and I think the technician also took 40% the work. Normally we see a professional carpet cleaner go around with a spot remover before running the machine. That didn't happen. Carpets in general were cleaned but some spots returned as the carpet dried. I also moved a piece of furniture during the cleaning so the technician could clean under the sofa. He attempted to move it back on his own and the wood legs left a mark on the carpet. The technician was more defensive than apologetic about the situation and while he did make another pass to try to address the marks, my wife ended up solving it later with some Forex. Then the marble. He said the floor wasn't "installed properly" which made it difficult for his machine to clean the it well... huh? He finished the marble floor really fast - I honestly think he either had another appointment or was just tired ( he was a bit older ). Perhaps my expectations where a bit off, but I was looking for the grout to be cleaned. I had a vase set on the marble for several years. When I removed it, it was very evidently cleaner than the non-covered grout. I thought COIT would be able to clean the rest of the grout back to the same level as what was under the vase. That didn't happen.

The drapes hadn't been cleaned since they were made ( embarrassingly over 15 years ago) I was advised there was a potential for shrinkage and or sun rot. I appreciated the honesty regarding the cleaning process but the drapes have seen a lifetime of cats and dogs as well as the fact that we have a wood pellet stove we fire up on cold winter days...I would rather have no drapes than the dirty ones we had. They came back looking brand new! No shrinkage no rot..as beautiful as the day they were installed years ago...AND they are clean!!

Coit Drapery and Carpet Cleaners Seattle were really great. I've been using them since before 2009. They always call me when they are having a 40% off sale. They're really good about responding. They don't move the furniture, they tip it and put Styrofoam under it to protect the furniture. I move small items like lamps and moveable chairs and things like that so just the heavy stuff that they had to deal with.They do scoot it around because I can see where the dents in the carpets are. My carpets are 10 years old and they're beige, off-white and we've been using them for so long. They've done a really nice job of making them stay nice having them done a couple of times a year. I know I can get it done cheaper, I just don't know how quality it will be. They work really hard getting all the way to the edges, against the wall and stuff.

Coit provided an affordable and quot;no fuss, no mussand quot; service for cleaning my Oriental rug. Their technician that came out to pick up the rug was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable (as to the type of material the rug was made of). He asked specifics on the care of the rug, the level of cleaning (stains etc.), and stain guard application, then leaded the rug into his truck. One week later, the cleaned rug was returned as promised. After inspection of the rug, Coit did a very nice and thorough job. The stains and traffic areas were taken out as well as the dirt. It was so convenient to use coit for my Oriental rug that they have my repeat business.

Coit Drapery and Carpet Cleaners Seattle did a good job. They are a little pricey. They did their job and they were organized.

Wanted to give my sofa an extended life. Material is raw silk. My fellow was careful to cover the floor to protect carpets. Helped me move the coffee table away from the sofa. Was careful and covered every inch of the sofa. It is very much cleaner. A couple spots were not totally clean but I figure that with 25 years of dirt, that's my fault for not doing it sooner. I was impressed at just how wonderful it looked. I will likely do my chairs in the near future, and will definitely plan to use them again. Money well spent.

I called Coit to make an appointment for between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. on thursday. They called back to change the time to 1:30pm and 3:30pm. Which wouldn't work for me so I changed it to 11:00 am on Friday. They showed up on thursday anyway. Since they were there we got an estimate anyway. I confirmed with him on coming on friday at 11. He said they would be there at 11. Later that day they called and changed the time again for 2 hours later. If they can not make appointments and keep the times that the costomer wants. Why even try!

I got a 40% sale from them. It cost a little more because of the treatment.
