Casa Bonita

Description of Work: We have the premium lawn and landscape care serv ice. The lawn care is weekly and has been excellent. The landscaping ( shrubs, bushes and flowers) not so much. I have had more than one experience requesting maintenance of specific landscaping. The company has been responsive to perform as requested. I'd rather not have to request. I will be moving to a lawn care only service with Casa Bonita.. We have a very significant amount of landscaping that will be better seved by a company that focuses on landscape maintance. Our landscaping is non-typical with a large and diverse mix of plants and trees. For the average plus home, I certainly recommend Casa Bonita. The management and employees are honest and polite.

Description of Work: Two years ago I decided to start repainting the outside of my house. I really liked the system that I worked out with the wagner painteater product, KilZ Oil based primer and Behr paint to match the existing color. I was able to get most of the first floor and the back deck done, but the rest of the house really needed to get done and I didn't have the time or skill to get this done. I contacted Scott at Casa Bonita and he came out and listened very well to what I had done, took complete notes, and provided a very good quote on the work. About six weeks later his team came out and continued with the same work that I had done using my supplied materials. His team was dilligent, worked hard, and provided me with great value for my dollar. The end result looks fabulous - truly a 'Beautiful Home'

Description of Work: I contacted Casa Bonita for an estamate. I scheduled the consultation. Prompt, pleasant. Told me the estimate would be emailed or leave a message on my phone. Never did. I followed up with the company and left messages with the contractor to get the estimate. Nothing. Unprofessional.
