Description of Work: Installed outdoor lighted yard Christmas decorations. I supplied some of the decorations and CB provided the rest. The cost of service includes the take down and storage of the decorations. It can get very windy in my neighborhood. CB anchored my decorations very well. They did not blow down. They made sure that the decorations were where I wanted them in my yard and that they were very well anchored down. I received many compliments from my friends, relatives and neighbors. I feel like a kid again with my pretty Christmas lights!

Description of Work: The painter painted the ceiling and all the walls of my master bath. He did a wonderful job of taping....filled in a few nail holes, and even repaired a tiny puncture that had been in the wall. I was so pleased that he cleaned up after himself nicely.....no paint on the floors or on the toilet, bathtub or sinks....a very professional job was done and he was very punctual.

Scott in the main office was very quick to provide an estimate. As they were very reasonably priced, I immediately scheduled to have them do the work. The two man crew arrived at our house precisely when promised. They were the most polite and professional contractors that I have dealt with in years. Excellent quality of work and cleanup.

+ -1 moreOverall, I was very pleased with their service. They were professional and the end result was quite good. They missed two spray bottles in their clean-up (one on top of my roof hanging from an exhaust), but they quickly came out and retrieved the bottles when I called them. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: My wife and I are getting ready to move and as such we needed a bunch of work done to our house. Originally, we were only going to use Casa Bonita as we'd used them before and they'd done a very good job for us. Unfortunately, they were pretty booked up and the only part that they could do in time was the Window Cleaning. They were very professional, showed up on time, and did an outstanding job cleaning all of the windows in our 2-story home, both inside an out. Several of the windows were very difficult to get to, but Casa Bonita managed to get to them and clean them beautifully. The 'B' in responsiveness is due to the fact that it took a few phone calls to get them to return my calls.

+ 0 moreWhat I liked the most about them was that they were top notch professionals, and they cleaned absolutely everything but the fridge. The price was a bit high but it was a big crew and it was worth it because they did a great cleaning job.
Description of Work: They came to my house to do a deep clean in my 2200 square foot house. They mopped, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the windows inside and out, cleaned the light fixtures and the oven. There were six people and finished in four hours.

+ -1 moreThe crew of 3 worked very hard for 1 1/2 days in the rain and a short snow fall. They did everything I wanted and did a better job than I have been able to do in the past. Their bid was MUCH MORE REASONABLE than any one elses and no one could have done a better job. Will hire them again next year for the same project and have solicited bids from them for work in other ares (windows, painting). Good outfit folks.
Description of Work: General Spring cleanup of branches and cedar twigs, etc. Mow and edge yard, remove ivy from rodies and 6 cedar trees and the biggest job was to rake and cultivate a huge area of natural barked beds. They also filled in numerous depressions in the yard with topsoil, seeded and fertilized same.
