Their service was very good, and I have no complaints.

The estimate was about $300, including cleaning and interior windows. They called a few hours into the cleaning and told me the kitchen would require more work (I don't recall if they gave an updated estimate).It was more expensive than I expected but they did a great job. The kitchen, which has an unvented stove and had a fine layer of grease and grime on walls and shelves, was immaculate. They did the interior of the fridge, cleaned the bathroom grout, cleaned windows and windowsills. I was very impressed by their thoroughness and the quality of the job.

Scott came out and discussed the painting that I wanted done. Then the crew came out and did it. A few days later I called him to add the back door to the project, and his guy came out and did it. The only problem I had was that the weather stripping was left off the door while it dried and the guy told me he'd be back the following week to install it. I had to call Scott about it, but Scott came out and installed the weather stripping himself. I'm very satisfied.

Asked Scott for an estimate in April for the painting in August. The 3-4 man crew worked 10 days. They were polite, on time every day, careful around our landscaping and extremely professional in every way. They masked and taped, removed exterior fixtures before spraying and were very careful in all respects. The paint job was superior in all respects and I would reccommend this company to anyone who wants to of the line service and results. They clean our windows and do our landscaping. Great outfit.

I didn’t use them because their pricing was too high. They arrived on time for the estimate. I would get another estimate from them in the future.

On short notice Casa Bonita washed my windows inside and out. They were quite dirty and when they were finished they were sparkling and clean. I would definitely use them again.

I have them for cleaning every other week. They are very reliable. I like their cleaning service. Two ladies came out to do the work. They ask me what I wanted to be done. They went through the house, and gave me a bid. I have them back often. They have a doubt; they rather stack the garbage if we have not picked it up. If I have a sheet cleaned, then I will just lay them on the bed, and they will put them on, or they will make the beds if it is not made already. They do a lot more, and they work the whole time. The owner calls me the night before they are supposed to come to remind us. Sometimes I will ask them to clean the third-floor downstairs, if I have any company or guest staying there. They are happy to do that, and they never complain about that. Some of the ladies don't speak English as well. He will usually send the same crew. If somebody can't come or if they have a holiday, then they will come or rearrange the schedule. The only time they miss is Christmas. The ladies usually don't speak well English, and sometimes they don't get what I said them to do; but there is always a lead, and I can always put it across to her. She speaks better English. If there is something complication, or I am unable to put it across to them, then I will call him before, and he will tell them.

They are always on time, very reliable, and conscientious of our time and needs. They are always willing to work with us. They are very trustworthy and I trust them in my home.

Casa Bonita did not follow up on my request for an estimate for the work to be performed that was submitted to the Casa Bonita web site http://casabonita.com/info.html.

They did a great job at matching the paint on the various projects (4 separate colors depending on task; all matched perfectly). The quality of the carpentery was excellent. The only reason why I rated them lower was because the workers spent a lot of time on the cell phone taking and making personal calls while working, which made me worried that they weren't giving their full attention to the job. They also took numerous breaks for no apparent reason. But, everything ended up great. They did have to re-do one task (repaint front door) because the paint didn't seal well on the first attempt. But, they immediately came back within 48 hours to re-do the work and make it right, with no hassle.

I have recommended them to my friends and they were very pleased.

If I need my house painted or house cleaning, I would go to them with all of these things because I am pleased with their work and I like their ethics. I have never had anyone else to compare it to. But Sergio, the head yard person who works for us, always asks us if there is something we see that he has not done that he can do for us. We think that is neat.

Scheduled a week in advance. Called midway through cleaning to let me know that they would be going over the initial estimate because of more grease than expected in kitchen (on windows and shelves). I wasn't greatly surprised by this, knowing how the kitchen had looked. The house looked super afterwards -- very thorough, including bathroom, kitchen, interior of stove and fridge, and all the corners and behind appliances.

It was reasonable and it accomplished what I needed. They were quite accommodating and came out promptly when I asked them to come out and give me a bid. They were pleasant to work with.

Great results and reasonable price. I experienced some delays and had to ask them to redo a small part of the project but overall everything went OK. I'll probably continue working with them.

Brett got the gist of what I wanted and the guys showed up on time, and did a great job. I like that I can just say "then make this all look nice" and they just do it without a lot of detailed instruction. They just make it look good. They brought in new plants, new bark. Also weedwacked and pruned back several trees that are in the 'woodsy' part of the yard.

Casa Bonita is great...from setting up appointments with their team leaders to getting the work done well and on time, I always know that what I've asked for will get done...the way I like it. We contract them on an ongoing basis (been using them since 2008) for all our house cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, landscaping and yard work, and handyman service. After years of trying out many other services in our homes, we settled with Casa Bonita. We have been very satisfied with all of their work and their crews. They work extra hard to ensure we are happy. Their crews are respectful and efficient. A few times we have asked for something specific and they have always been willing to make changes or go the extra mile. These folks set the standard, and they set it high! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Casa Bonita has been providing our lawn care services since November 2010. The price above is approximate for one week service. Brett came out to our house and was very positive and confident about my very specific requests. The crew comes on the day of the week at the time of the day they commit to and have never missed a visit. They do a thorough and consistent job each and every visit keeping the yard mowed, trimmed, and cleaning up the plant beds. Since hiring this company, I have had tons of compliments about my yard. It is well worth the money.

This is an update - the response below sent me back to my records. Yes, we requested a quote from Casa Bonita, and it was late in arriving - I have an email dated 10/29 in which Scott apologizes for the delay. However, my previous post was based on memory, and I had muddled this experience with one from a company which never sent the quote at all. I reviewed the quotation from Casa Bonita today, and it is well priced, very similar to one from a different company which we acted on in September of 2008. My apologies for the mixup - thanks for your courtesy in answering a complaint which must have seemed quite irrational.

It was a good and bad situation. The good thing is they did a good job on the windows and the carpet. We actually had to go in and finish up the kitchen since they did not do the cabinets or under the sink.

The cost listed is for our acre and a half for the entire year of landscaping. Sergio, has been the crew Foreman for two years and has done a superb job with our landscaping. He's a hard worker, pays attention to detail and during the growing season they come by once a week. In the winter, they come out every other week. They handle all of the pruning, grass cutting, edging, fertilizing, garden bed raking and hauling of yard waste. The window washing is very reasonably priced and they do a good job with that as well.
