Description of Work: This contractor has been dishonest in committing to work that it cannot complete. Three months after first contact, no work has been done. They will have you sign a contract to commit to the work, blocking you from finding someone else, but never show up to do the work. I have no idea how you justify this behavior.

Description of Work: Bill Austin was very responsive and helpful. He winterized our irrigation system and even marked some spots that need to be fixed in the Spring. I will definitely call him again for our irrigation system.

Description of Work: They repaired a number of sprinkler heads that were broken and fixed leaking sprinkler lines and replaced a pump for a water feature. They were quick, efficient, professional and very well priced.

Description of Work: This was my second experience using Austin Irrigation for in ground sprinkler repair. They gave me a one hour window of arrival time and arrived right in the middle of the window. The crew is professional and friendly and communicated everything that was done. I haven't received the final bill yet but my prior services with them have been very reasonable. They repaired a break in my irrigation line and inspected the entire system. They also adjusted and repaired two heads that were malfunctioning and reprogrammed the controller. I will continue to use them for all of my irrigation needs.

+ -1 moreI had no idea were the valve box was at (it was buried under dirt and bark) nor why one of the zones was not working (broken pipe). Manuel and Jose located them, made repairs, checked the whole system and adjusted the sprinkler heads. They were friendly, competent and quick. The work was done in one hour. The only thing I did not like was that I was not given a written bill after the work was done and had no idea what the final bill would be. I was told the bill would be mailed to me. It arrived eighteen days later.
Description of Work: Checked sprinkler system, repaired broken line, replaced broken rotor head and re-spliced valves.

+ -1 moreIt took several days to trouble shoot the problems with my system. I have 1 1/2 acres irrigated with multiple zones. Jayson and his assistant completed the job expertly. Jayson was extremely polite and competent. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: I had extensive damage to my irrigation system as a result of construction and concrete work. I was able to schedule Austin in a timely fashion.

+ -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE, HOWEVER, THEY LOST TRACK OF OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT TIME AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE. WE SCHEDULED OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH THEM VIA E-MAIL AND DID NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION. WE HAVE HAD VERY GOOD SUCCESS WITH LEAVING VOICEMAIL REQUESTS. THE WORK THEY DID WAS THOROUGH AND I FELT THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WAS READY FOR THE SEASON WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
Description of Work: THEY ACTIVATED OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND REPLACED TWO BROKEN FOUR INCH POP-UP SPRINKLER HEADS.
