They do a lot of yard work, construction and yearly maintenance like blowing your lawn in the winter time and adjusting all the heads so that work properly through the year. I have used them for about 10 or 12 years. They put the sprinkler system for me. I find that their services are good. I highly rate them for their efficiency and work ethic. The crew comes out and they do the job quickly. The price is very fair. We were doing a major backyard remodel. I had other people do that and they busted some of the sprinkler lines. So, I had these people come out fix those up and repair them. I also had them remove one sprinkler head and they checked all the sprinkler heads to make sure that they were working properly. They were here to do all that yesterday.

Austin Irrigation was absolutely professional and punctual. The job was completed in two days- far surpassing our expectation. Quality of work was impressive! From beginning to end, we were very impressed with the communication, work and result. We will plan on using this company again for future needs.

I just bought my house in january. I have just shy of 1 acre that is nicely landscaped and has irrigation everywhere with 7 zones. When I turned this thing on, it was a disaster. Issues ranging from heads not working to broken pipes with water pouring out everywhere. Since it was their busy season, it took a few days for them to get to me, but they fixed everything and got me up and running. Based on what I was expecting, $450 was a kiss on the cheek as far as I am concerned. The last guy clearly did not maintain this system very well. I will be using Austin to winterize and activate my system every year. Spinkler systems are a bear. For those that are busy like me, get someone to maintain it for you and it is relatively cheap compared to when something goes horribly wrong.

One of my zones stopped working. Two of their guys came out and ran some tests and determined that it was a stuck valve and "unstuck" it. They gave me some good tips and were one their way. They were great.

Super. Showed up within 30 min of set time. Figure out was was wrong in short order (two clogged and one bad electrical connection). Repair completed quickly. Excellent price

Bill Austin came himself to do a very throrough and education consult. Was informative *and* had a lovely sense of humor! He emailed me his very reasonable price bid within three days of the consult- ie he got me the bid in a timely fashion. The installation crew of six guys who came to do the actuall install were easy to work with and the crew lead explained everything well. They cleaned up after themselves properly- a real find in any sort of installer contrator. Bill himself came by during the first day of the install (it was a two day process) to check on how things were going, and also came to to a final walk through when it was all done. I would totally use this company again- and, in fact, will be as soon as my last garden bed is complete and ready!

They were very good. Their price was very reasonable. We don?t have any complaints about the quality of their work.

We engaged Austin to take charge of all irrigation issues in our project and to start fixing the various faults that we had found plus all of the other ones that popped up as the summer progressed. By the time the irrigation season was concluded, over 60 repairs had been made, with many of them of a very significant magnitude. Austin's crew was on-site almost weekly and at other times whenever we had an urgent issue. They are very reasonable from a cost viewpoint and we look forward to a long business relationship with them as we undergo a major overhaul of our system.

I called Austin Irrigation and requested Bill Austin come to evaluate the present system and give me an estimate to bring it up to a good working standard. He came within a day, showed up on time, and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He walked over every inch of my property, explained what was wrong with the existing systems and what it would take to make them work. He understood the concerns I had. He suggested several ways to design the system and options I wouldn't have known to ask about. He gave me a bid by email the next day, Saturday, it was much more reasonable than I had thought and I called him on Monday and told him to go ahead. His crew started on Tuesday and by Wednesday evening they were done. Bill came to walk around the property with me a few days later and made sure it was all how I wanted it. They did an excellent job, the watering system I have now is so much better than I even thought it could be. They found some pretty poor workmanship when they looked at the valves and when they dug up some of the pre existing pipes and they fixed it all for me and didn't charge me any more than the initial bid. Bill said he made an executive decision to fix it then and there and make it work, instead of calling me to ask me if I wanted to spend an extra thousand dollars to upgrade the system even more. Bill also told me that I can get a rebate from the city of Seattle for a new up to date control box which will work much better than what I have, and save me money because it monitors the watering system needs for rainy days and shorter fall days. They also were careful to make sure that my elderly Scottish Terrier didn't slip out either of the garden gates, they cleaned up after themselves, and put the plants back that they had to dig up to install the water pipe.

The team was very courteous, explained what they were doing, and worked efficiently.

We were very pleased with their service. Since we moved into our home one year ago we have spent a lot of money having our irrigation system serviced and maintained but the previous company hadn't mentioned that they were only looking at half of the zone controls. The other zone controls had been hiden under mulch. Ewing irrigation quickly found the missing controls. They worked quickly and were much better value than previous companies we have used

This was a great experience, from scheduling the call to their completing the work. As both my wife and I work, they scheduled me for the first appointment of the day which I appreciated. They also scheduled me for a specific time instead of the normal sometime in the morning or sometime in the afternoon time slots I have often gotten. The two employees arrived at my house within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, which is amazing considering they had to drive to Magnolia from Woodinville. They quickly determined that one of my valves was faulty and replaced it along with the other two valves that were quite old. They cleared out the lines and made sure all my sprinklers worked. They were there for less than two hours.

They did a good job and I am very satisfied.

Excellent! I was extremely impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. They were very polite and helpful and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had about my sprinkler system. Having a house with a sprinkler system is new for me so I had several questions. They showed me how to modify the heads and a general overview of the control panel. I couldn't get over how quickly they performed ALL the tasks I requested! The fixes were relatively simple, but I never once felt like they were trying to jack up the price or have me agree to more work than I wanted/needed. VERY impressed. Wish all my home service needs were handled as professionally and quickly as this company did!

Bill Austin is a good project manager and the person you want to deal with because he listens and tells his crews how it will be done. He is the person who checks to be sure it is done correctly by having you check.

I contacted Austin because the previous owners of our house had used them for years and they were familiar with the system. They responded quickly to my call and were able to do the work within 2 or 3 days. We did not need to be present for them to do the work. Bill was very courteous on the phone. They left a bill for us.

They installed all the sprinklers in my yard at this residence. They come out every year and winterize our system, as well as the summer, they come and activate the water in my yard.

We were really satisfied with the work they performed. They got the job done really quickly. The owner is easy to speak with. We would definitely recommend them.

When coming out to activate my sprinkler system for the season, Austin could not turn on the double check valve because it was rusted shut. The old installation was well below grade and in a pool of water. Austin raised the valve location, filled the box with gravel and replaced the double check valve. Austin personnel were extremely courteous and professional. Have used Austin to service my sprinklers in three homes and have never been disappointed.

Very well; guy was on time (even called me when he was 20 minutes away so I could come home instead of hanging out all day.

I called Austin Irrigation and requested that someone come out and replace several sprinkler heads and evaluate/update the rest of my residential sprinkler system. The friendly receptionist gave me a date and time that she said someone would be out to do the work. On the day that the work was scheduled to be done no one ever showed up or called to tell me that they were not coming. I called twice to inquire as to the delay but reached an answering machine each time. I left a message each time asking someone to call and tell me what was going on. I never heard back from anyone. I had some concrete work scheduled to be done the following day which was contingent on the sprinkler system work being done. This obviously caused me problems.

He came on time to give me an estimate and was polite and replaced everything. Interview and you surely will hire him. The other names Angie's List gave me, some didn't respond or make appointments and never came out.
