They did a great job.

Excellent, start to finish. We have dealt with tens of home projects through the years, here and in California. Alpine Roof Care is one of the best, if not the best of any with which we have worked. Crystal is very responsive and follows up immediatey. The estimate process was timely, even though we asked for changes. The crew was communicative and worked hard every day. They also cleaned up nicely each day. They were very helpful with my concerns and explained each thoroughly. They even helped install some insulation in a section that had apparently been overlooked during the original build; this required cutting a small hole and going into the attic - no extra charge!! The roofing job took about four days. A separate (also excellent company) did the gutters in a day and a half).

I had three bids and "Luc" of Alpine was the only one that I felt really knew what he was talking about. Gave great and objective advice. They showed up as planned and did a good overall job. Their office (Crystal) is also very knowledgable and responsive. I had one small problem (skylight dirty) and they sent someone immediately to fix it.

Their service is very good. The gentleman who came out was professional. They were always prompt and helpful.

I was very upset with Alpine Roof Care. I had to wait three separate times for them, taking time off work each time, due to mechanical issues on their part with equipment. When they finally did come, they sprayed then refused to treat the roof or fix the shingles, claiming that was another day's work. When I called the lady also verified I would have to take off yet another day to have that work done. She finally did give me a discount, but only after I requested it.

JR came out to do the estimate. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. When I called to schedule the appointments (the repair and the cleaning were scheduled for different days) I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. I got on the schedule for that week. Also, both the cleaning and the repair was done on the same day, another pleasant surprise. The young man who did the cleaning accidentally broke a flower pot, but he admitted it right away, apologized, and did his best to replace the pot. I have no complaints about that. Overall, the work was done in a timely and professional manner. JR gave me a bid for further recommended repair, and didn't try to pressure me into making a decision about it. I was left with a positive impression.

I have used this company several times and been impressed with their promptness and the quality of their work.

THE PERSON WHO CAME, RICHIE, WAS PREPARED TO DO A SHAKE ROOF EVEN THOUGH THE ESTIMATE SAID COMPOSITION. WE WERE ASSURED HE COULD DO EITHER AND HAD HIM PROCEED. THE MOSS WAS THOROUGHLY REMOVED AND THE ROOF WAS TREATED WITH POWDER TO RETARD MOSS. THE CLEANUP WAS UNSATISFACTORY. HE USED THE PRESSURE WASHER TO DO THE CLEANUP. THE WINDOWS WERE LEFT STREAKED AND THERE WERE PLACES WHERE THE FORCE OF THE WATER REMOVED PAINT AND SOME OF THE WOOD. CONSIDERING THE JOB AS A WHOLE I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

ALPINE CLEANED, PRESSURE WASHED AND TREATED MY ROOF. IT IS NOT NEW BUT IT LOOKS ALMOST NEW. I WILL HAVE THEM OUT SOONER NEXT TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. LEFT MY YARD CLEAN.

THE OVERALL JOB TOOK A WHILE TO COMPLETE. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. I HAD TO REPEATEDLY CALL TO GET THEM TO COME OUT AND FINISH THE JOB. THE OVERALL JOB WAS OK.

THEY ALWAYS PROVIDE TIMELY SERVICE FOR A GOOD PRICE.

THE WORKMAN CAME and PERFORMED A HALFWAY JOB and LEFT QUICKLY BEFORE WE HAD TIME TO LOOK ON THE ROOF. THE JOB WAS INCOMPLETE WITH 'GLOBS' OF STUFF LEFT ON THE ROOF, THE GUTTERS NOT DONE and THE GROUND CLEANUP INCOMPLETE. WE CALLED THE COMPANY and THE SAME WORKMAN RETURNED DISGRUNTLED and DID ANOTHER BAD JOB. WE CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN, BUT WE WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO RETURN BECAUSE WE WERE AFRAID THINGS WOULD TURN NASTY.

WERE PROMPT WITH SENDING AN ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULING THE CLEAN-UP. DUE TO THE WEATHER, IT WAS AWHILE TO GET TREATMENT APPLIED. WHEN IT WAS APPLIED, SOME GOT ONTO MY WINDOWS. WHEN THE WINDOW CLEANER COULDN'T REMOVE IT, I CALLED ALPINE ROOF AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO REMOVE THE FILM FROM THE WINDOWS. THEY WERE NICE AND GOT MOST OF IT OFF, HOWEVER SOME STILL REMAINS. DUE TO THE DRY SUMMER, IT WASN'T UNTIL THIS WINTER THAT I HAVE NOTICED THE WEATHERSHIELD WORKING. THERE ARE SOME AREAS STILL NOT CLEARING UP. I HAVE PLACED A CALL INTO ALPINE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT.
