Victor from Alpine Roof Care performed our roof cleaning. He did an excellent job not only with the roof cleaning but also the cleanup afterward. He is the best !!!

Excellent. Victor completed my roof and gutter cleaning on a very high-pitched roof. He was methodical and cleaned up the debris after he was done. I could not tell that he was on my roof for 6 hours. I will not hesitate to hire Alpine Roofing again for future cleanings.

Alpine was fantastic. We were listing the house and wanted the roof cleaned prior to our open house. Alpine was great at fitting us into the schedule to meet our needs. On the scheduled afternoon, there was a terrible accident on the interstate and traffic was terrible. Despite this, the Alpine team arrived did the job despite the delays that were beyond their control. They weren't finished until after 8pm. We were very appreciative. And the moss removal job that they did on the roof was outstanding.

Arrived promptly at agreed time, seemed to do a thorough cleaning of roof using compressed air, blew out gutters, applied Moss Kill crystals to shingles, and did a good job of cleaning up. 2-man crew was friendly and responsive to my concerns. I thought price was reasonable for two men x two hours.

They were wonderful! They showed up on time and the service was great. I would highly recommend this company as well as use them again if I needed to.

Finding someone who knows about cement tile roofs and how to care for them is difficult. He has was knowledgeable, experienced, professional and efficient and responsive.

they arrived on time, cleaned the roof, repaired several sections with new shakes, applied treatment. Some of the treatment accidentally ended up on some windows; when I mentioned it to the company, the original workers came and cleaned the windows for me. Looks good, went well. Pricey but good service.

Awesome! After 21 years in our home, we needed to replace our shake roof and had requested several quotes from various companies. Alpine is the only one who actually went up on our roof to walk it and then gave us a quote. Alpine roofing quote came in very reasonably priced and we only had to wait 2 weeks for work to begin. The crew that replaced our roof was very professional; they arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned up at the end of each day and worked very late the third day to finish the roof on schedule. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the market for a new roof. For the next three years they will come out and clean our roof for free as part of the warranty. I am thrilled with our new roof and how nice it looks and we have already gone through a couple of torrential downpours and no leaks!

We are very happy with the service we received from Alpine. Jesus came to our home and spent about two hours cleaning our roof and applying a moss retardant to it. We had a large amount of moss on our roof and Jesus did a great job cleaning it off. He also took the time to repair a gutter. We were impressed with Jesus' professionalism and friendliness. We will not hesitate to use Alpine Roof Care in the future.

I'm on a budget and even though they have a and quot;Band quot; rating I decided to go with Alpine Roof Care (cheapest bid). Wesley not only did the bid but the repair itself. He explained all of my options, was on time, and did an excellent job repairing my shake roof. I will use them again.

They were a bit late, coming about 50 minutes after the window given. Quick to start, got up on the roof and gave it a good cleaning, getting all the moss off. Overall they did a good job; the roof looks good and clean (it had a lot of moss on it), and the gutters were cleaned and worked well after the recent rains. Cleanup was so-so, I'm glad we put painters plastic over many of our flowers because the moss and dirt come off the roof in chunks everywhere; and we needed to do a (small) bit of hosing down and raking of the lawn to finish the cleanup after they left; but we were expecting it.

We had just recently moved into our first home and didn't know much about roof care, except that ours needed cleaned. The folks on the phone were super helpful and friendly. Made an appointment and they were very professional with folllow up confirmations and explaining what to expect. On the day of service, Kevin came to clean. He was also courteous and did all the work committed to and on time. The roof looked much better. Now, several months later, still looking great! Prices seem competitive. I recommend

We first contacted Alpine Roof Care in October, 2012 in response to a Valpak coupon. The salesperson who came to the house was professional and timely. She explained the different services available and gave us an estimate which was and quot;goodand quot; for two months. We were satisfied with the estimate and set up an appointment for service. At this time, it was explained to us that only the air-pressure washing service could be completed while the weather was inclement. The moss treatment would have to wait until the roof was completely dry. This sounded reasonable, we moved forward and were scheduled for the initial roof cleaning one month later (November, 2012). Our scheduled time of service was 8:00 AM. When no representative from the company had shown up by 10:30 AM on the assigned day, we contacted the main office and were told that the service person was in-route. The worker arrived around 11:00 AM. He was jumpy and disheveled in appearance. He walked back and forth surveying the roof, set up his ladder, monkeyed with the motor on his compressor, etc. It became clear to me that he was having issues with the compressor (which is a key piece of equipment for the and quot;Weathershield treatment processand quot;). I spotted him hooking up hoses to the outdoor water spigot, dragging hoses around, etc. When I went outside to ask what he was doing he said he couldn't get the compressor working because it needed motor oil. He had decided to and quot;just pressure washand quot; the roof. When I explained to him that we were under contract for and had paid an extra $200 for the air-pressure cleaning and wished to receive that service he asked if I could loan him some money for motor oil. This whole scenario made me very uncomfortable. When I called the office and explained the situation and suggested rescheduling the appointment until working equipment could be on the site my concerns were brushed off. At that time, the representative left our house and went back to the office to retrieve some motor oil. He returned around 1:30 PM, got the compressor going and completed cleaning our roof around 3:00 PM which seemed like a very quick completion of that portion of the job. He proceeded to pressure wash all the fallen gunk off of the patios/driveway. In the process, he trampled through the garden beds, etc. but frankly, I just wanted him gone. Next, the saga of scheduling the moss treatment began. When I would call the office in hopes of scheduling this portion of the service I was informed that the roof needed to be completely dry, that I was and quot;in-lineand quot; for this service and would be contacted for an appointment. Finally, we were scheduled for treatment in April, 2013. Not surprisingly, no one showed up on the scheduled day. No call. No nothing. I called to inquire and was told that the scheduling call was made in error. I expressed my disappointment with our overall experience with Alpine. The next morning a team of two representatives arrived to complete the work. They did an adequate but sloppy job. In the time since we initially called Alpine Roof Care we have had four separate neighbors have roof cleaning completed- quickly, efficiently, effectively, in one-day- regardless of the weather. I wish we had not used Alpine Roof Care. The kicker is that we still have noticeable moss on our roof. Sigh..... I would NOT recommend Alpine Roof Care.

Alpine Roof Care is the real deal. We thought we'd have to replace our roof because it looked so bad. Working with Crystal was a joy and she scheduled us right away. We came home from work to what looked like a brand new roof. They did an excellent job. There were a few issues with clean up and Crystal scheduled a return trip to finish, right away. We cannot believe how beautiful our roof looks. I would recommend this company any time.

Per our request, Kevin (a pro with 25 years of experience) came on a Saturday (outside their normal business schedule) and did a very good job. He knew exactly how to approach the project and worked steadily for about 2-3 hours. In addition to cleaning the roof and treating it for moss, he proactively removed an old wasp nest from under the eaves that we couldn't reach, and pressure washed the sides of the house, some windows, removed spider webs, etc. Just cleaned it up all around - he did a great job. We'd definitely hire him again.

Overall I had mixed feelings about the experience but I will not use them again. I wasnt going to write a review but my neighbor suggested I did because I noticed the A rating and went right away with them. My appt time was 9 a.m. which I got a call saying they were running an hour late, which I was not an issue. Then 10 came, 11, 12... at 12:30 I tried calling back but got no anwser so I called the main office which was to get back to me. They eventually called back and said they were sorry for the delay but wouldnt be much longer. They finally arrived at 2:30 which was 5 1/2 past scheduled appt time. The were certainly nice and courteous and I asked them to make sure and cover all the plants w/ tarps etc. After hearing them pressure washing a while I looked out the window to see that the plant were not covered. I went out myself to cover them and then immediately came over to assist. I suppose it just slipped their minds so no big thing, but I still feel this should be part of their process and a customer shouldnt have to even ask or suggest this. After they had finished up and left I looked at the roof and it looked very clean. I noticed that the leaves of garden area near the front of the house had debris all over them. I spent the next 20 min with a water hose spraying them down to get it off which did not make me happy. I also noticed that another small shed I had them do was not done the greatest. You could still see mold build up on the tips of the shingles, that part of the cleaning was at the end of the job and appeared rushed. The main roof was done well so I just let it go. In hindsight I should have taken a walk around and looked at everything but I was working from home and caught up in a call at the time. In addition I noticed later that they had blown one of the gutter leave covers off and instead of putting it back on they simply put it in the back of the house under the deck without even any mention about it. All and all I would say the main job was done satisfactory but because of the additional smaller tings (which add up) I can only give them a C rating boarding a D. After the roof cleaning the treatment team came out when the roof had properly dried. I was warned that any cars need to be out of the way and all the windows needed to be closed. I understand now why that is as I front and back decks got over spray on them in addition to a bench and several others items near the house. Honestly I just dont understand why they do not lay tarps down around the house to protect the customers property items is it really that hard? Again the roof looked good and well done but due to the over spray issue and lack of tarp use I just cant give them a higher rating here either. Its not only the main job but the little things that keep a customer coming back and recommending a vendor. I'll try someone else in the future and was disappointed in Angie's List rating of A. This has taught me just because you see an A rating don't assume the best!

It was a very simple, easy process and Alpine was very easy to work with.

They were not responsive, cancelled appointment without notifying me. Cleaning was in Oct. 2009. Spraying in June 2010. Meanwhile needed more cleaning but they did not do it.

The price they quoted us for that work was around $4500. Our interaction with them went well and they were a wonderful company. They were prompt, courteous and I appreciated them a lot. They were great.
