The job went very well. We contacted Eddie and the next day he was able to fit us in his schedule. They replaced the old water heater with a new one and inspected our furnace also. I have used this Company two other times and they will always be my first choice. I really appreciated his knowledge and honesty.

Eddie was the installer. He was rated well on Angie's List. He owns his own company and does most of the work himself. He also manufactures the flashing to make it custom fit. We love the heater and have yet to use the AC. He is going to come and change our filter and check the system once a year. We liked other companies too, but we liked the idea of him doing the work and that it is custom installed. He was great to work with. We spoke with him 4 or 5 times. He came back twice for us to answer questions, even when he did not know if we would hire him or not. He is a great guy.

The job was done by Eddie Perdomo in less than an hour. Eddie is very personable and made the whole experience a pleasant one.

Air North Enegy is a wonderful company to deal with. Eddie was so knowledgeable and made sure everything went perfect. He even fixed a line on our hot water tank that was installed 8 years ago by someone else. I highly recommend this company!

Our furnace died Friday morning. Looked on Angies list and found Air North Energy. Called and luckily got a service call that day. Eddie took the furnace apart and found a dead fan motor. Since the furnace was 20 years old I decided to buy a new furnace. Eddie loaned us a fan motor so our old furnace would work. That was right in the middle of a cold spell and we really appreciated that. We made an appointment for the following week and he installed a new furnace. Outstanding experience.

He told me that there was nothing wrong with my furnace, other than a small $20 part. He also put in a new filter. I was very happy with my experience with them. He checked the carbon monoxide inside and out to confirm that there was nothing wrong with the furnace.

Fabulous! Eddie showed up exactly as scheduled. He took a good look at the furnace (an almost new system), checked and cleaned the major malfunction areas, then went above and beyond. He identified several areas that the original installer (not Air North) hadn't done according to code, then fixed them at no extra charge. The biggest area was air leakage in the air handler, allowing conditioned air to leak into the garage instead going into the house. He sealed all of that, so I should see additional improvement in energy efficiency. He seems extremely knowledgable and well trained in all aspects of HVAC installation and operation Their price was already extremely competitive (most places charge at least $150 for the same service), so this made it an even bigger bargain.

Went well. Eddie was very informative especially when I had questions about the heat exchanger and Heat Pumps. Gave me detailed information about questions I had including pricing for other services. They even tested for Carbon monoxide which I have heard most furnace techs do not. I will definately go to them again next time. Pricing was right on the money for what I was looking for, most other places were charging $145-180 for the same or similar service.

I emailed them through AngiesList on a Sunday and Eddie was able to come out the next day to take a look and estimate the project. They were the second (of three) companies that we brought out for an estimate. Eddie was very knowledgeable and he gave me confidence that he and the company would be able to do a good job. We discussed several options and I was left with several brochures and an expected estimate to come the next day. At this point, I was happy with everything and was looking forward to their estimate and doing more research on their product line. The next day (Tuesday), I had the third company come out for their estimate and I received their printed estimate before they left. I mention this because my only complaint regarding Air North Energy was the time it took to get an estimate and then the time it took to answer my follow up questions. I spent the next few days researching the product lines (the three different companies used three different company product lines), but I only had two estimates and packages to provide context. To be fair and honest, I could have contacted Eddie to 'pressure' him for an estimate to let him know that I was waiting, and I did not. I didn't contact him sooner for two reasons: (1) I had two estimates already from companies that really wanted to work with me and I felt like I shouldn't have to ask for the estimate again, and (2) I was already really leaning towards the product line and package that was provided by one of the other companies. I did receive an estimate on Friday (four days after they came out), and they did a good job of providing three options and making it clear what was included. I did have a few questions that related to things that we discussed on Monday but were either not included or not made clear in the estimate. Unfortunately, I did not receive an answer until Wednesday evening (another four business days). When it was all said and done, Air North Energy was the lowest cost of the three estimates we received. However, I did choose to go with another company primarily because I preferred their product line and what we were getting for what were paying. I would recommend Air North Energy to be included with the bidding and estimate process of other projects like mine. They were the lowest priced option and I was confident that they would have done a good job. The only issue was the responsiveness in receiving the estimate and having my questions answered.

They are absolutely wonderful and right on time. They were informative, they did a few things and checked everything out. The price was really reasonable. The two gentleman let us know one of our electronic air cleaner was defective and replaced it. They told us about the warranty of the furnace and explained the cost which was very helpful. They were the nicest guys I've seen in a long time, they were very pleasant to work with.

Eddie was great to work with and I highly recommend his service. I would definitely hire him again - in fact, I will probably hire them to replace the furnace in the future.

Work was completed in one day. Workers very professional and friendly. Very pleased with the results

I had AIr North Energy come out to inspect my old furnace which I should have replaced last year but was hoping to put off for a few months. He came out initially and tuned it up and was going to see if he could find some replacement parts so I could get by until April. In the interim the furnace died on Friday evening. He came by at 7pm and tried to get it going for the weekend but was unable. He was booked solid for several days but did come back a few days later and replaced the furnace. He took time to explain the furnace, how to change the filters, how to use the new thermostat, and maintenance. He did not charge me for the times he came out prior to installing the furnace. I was very pleased with the service and will use Air North in the future.

I got a lot of quotes. This owner, Eddie, was very professional and most knowledgeable. He showed me some gas leaks and actually fixed some while he was here giving the quote. I had smelled some gas. It was a full two-day job for four or five people and they cleaned up well and it was a good experience. We will be using them for the servicing of the units.

Air North Energy is a very professional company and they are very honest. They explained the price to me and they answered all of my questions. There has been one follow up item that I have been trying to have them come out and check and I have had a little difficulty.

He is very good. I love them. He made a house call in the middle of the night, when our furnace shut off and didn't charge us a dime. He did it twice for us. The old furnace wasn't installed properly at all. He put in a new furnace and we haven't had any problems since. The price was very reasonable. We had tried several others and none of them were very good.

Air North Energy did an outstanding job for us. I got 3 bids, two from larger but good companies and at a neighbors suggestion called Air North Energy. Their bid was far below the other two and used a better grade of equipment. The two day's of installation went off without a hitch. The next day when the heat pump came on and I was still in bed I notices a howling in the duct work. Due two my builders incompetance the ducting from the second story to the furnace was not correct. Air North expanded the air return capability both upstairs and down at no additional charge which resolved the problem. We could not be happier whith our new hybrid system. I am anxious to see how it works during the summer months for cooling.

I called this contractor in the evening after checking both Angie's List and Checkbook.com. The owner, Eddie, came first thing the next day and was able to get one of the 2 furnaces up immediately. He needed more parts so we agreed to meet in the afternoon as that worked well for both of us. He only charged one trip charge of $95 and $35 for labor - a deal considering the time he spent working on the furnaces, the extra trip, inspecting the system and returns, and giviving advice for future use and maintenance. Good to deal with and very considerate. Good advice too.

The job went very well. Eddie and his crew were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, provided a reasonable bid, and completed the work cleanly and efficiently in 2 days. The job passed both inspections (electrical and mechanical), and they've always responded promptly (within one day, even during the holidays) to any questions I've had regarding the new unit. After freezing through last winter with a barely functioning 70-year old oil furnace and $600 bills each time, it is wonderful to have affordable, clean heat this year! /// NOTE ON A DIFFERENT COMPANY: It is worth mentioning that prior to hiring Air North Energy, I'd had a bad experience with another top A-rated company on Angie's list who provided me with one bid then greatly inflated the price to the point where my credit application was denied -- nearly impossible with an existing credit score of 810! After they gave me one bid, a little pricey but still do-able, they then said they no longer provide the electrical and that I had to get my own electrician. That boosted the price another $3500. When I applied for financing through their company, they padded my application -- without my knowledge or permission -- by adding several thousand dollars more to the requested amount on the application, and credit was denied. When I applied for financing through Air North, they used the same financing company, requested the same original amount that I'd applied for on the application before, and it went right through. Even though you may have stellar credit, as I do, beware of "top A-rated companies" out there who think they can get away with doing anything for an extra buck.

American Standard has a better repair rating than Lennox. I was quite pleased with the product they offered and their installation process. This was my first experience with the company. I found them through a Consumer's Checklist guide which rated the company very well. I received bids from 6 other companies. I chose this company as the installer came out to give me the estimate and evaluate the job at hand. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. During the installation process, the chimney was rusted on my water heater. They replaced the part free of charge.
