It went very smoothly. Very efficiently done installation. Absolutely no problems at any stage of the work. We now use them to do yearly services of the AC system and also our gas furnace.

A couple coworkers had good things to say about the company, so I decided it was worth the multi-week wait for them to come out and provide an estimate for putting in AC. I took a half day off work for the meeting and called after they missed the appointment window. Once I got a hold of someone, they told me my appointment had been cancelled because our house is outside their service area. My address was provided when I made the appointment and no issues were raised. I was told they called to cancel the appointment, a call I never received (after double checking my call history). So now I've wasted a month waiting to have AC installed, as well as a half day of work waiting for them to show up. Very frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. I will be, and you should, take your business elsewhere.

He got here about 10:00 AM as scheduled. He got right to work got the air filter then did the furnace. We talked while he did his work. It took about an hour. All went well.

Eddie is awesome. It's very clear he knows what he's doing and is honest and hard working. I called at noon on a Friday and he came out same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly and charged a fair price.

Our furnace just quit one Friday afternoon about 4:00. I called Air North and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Eddie came out and fixed the problem and cleaned and inspected our furnace while he was here. He was nice, knew what he was doing, answered any questions my husband and I had, and did a great job. Both my husband and I were impressed. We've found our furnace go-to guy.

We had a great experience working with Eddie. I called a different HVAC company for an estimate before contacting Air North Energy, and that company told me I had to upgrade my entire gas line system - without even looking at it. Eddie came out and told me my line could handle several appliances, and the existing line had a T junction for easy add-on. Eddie even gave me advice about securing our crawl space from rodents.

They have installed furnaces for me and air conditioning. I use the a lot. I definitely use Air North Energy all the time. In general, they're excellent. They even did the furnace in my house a year and a half ago. They do great work.

Everything about working with Air North Energy was extremely positive. Eddie was able to suggest a furnace and water heater that met my specific needs. There was absolutely no upselling. The company was responsive in terms of setting appointments and accepting payment. The work was completed on time, exactly on budget, and I know some extra things were done at no charge. In the future, I will use Air North exclusively for maintenance and service.

Eddie was prompt and pleasant. We had not had our furnace serviced in over four years but he said it was in good shape. He also told us that we didn't need to have the furnace serviced every year, but should have it done every two years, four years is too long to wait. He cleaned the existing filter and said it didn't need to be replaced. We appreciated the fact that he didn't insist that yearly cleaning was necessary and didn't automatically put in a new filter, just to get more money. The price was the most reasonable of all the providers we checked. On top of that, we got a senior discount. We will use Air North Energy again.

Air North Energy was really responsive, professional and affordable. After having dealt with PSE and 2 other contractors who were--let's just call it and quot;unskilledand quot;--it was a relief to deal with someone who knows their business and understands service. We will definitely use him for furnace and air conditioning maintenance going-forward.

I have been using Air North since they installed central air in my house 15 years ago. At the time, the current owner, Eddie, was an employee, and he and the then owner did the install. They did a great job with some tricky problems and we have been very happy with the unit. Since then, I have used Air North exclusively for my furnace, A/C, etc., and I have been very happy with them. If I had a complaint, it would be that Eddie always tells me I don't change my air filter often enough. Of course, he's right! Highly recommended whether it's for a new install, service, or repair. You won't find anybody better.

They knew their trade and they were very much focused on the customer and doing a great job. Would defiantly use them again!

He's always good. We've been happy with him. He last worked for us 8 months to a year ago and we spent about $500. We had a couple things replaced and some of it was warranty work so he was able to complete that without charging us. I think his prices are good, he does good work and he works well with the manufacturer to be able to get the equipment taken care of.

Eddie has been servicing my furnace for the past 8-9 years and has always been there when there was a problem. He's very professional, knowledgeable and explains things clearly. My furnace recently broke down and I watched him as he diagnosed the problem. He was so thorough. I had to wait a week for one of the parts but his office was good at keeping me informed. Eddie came right on time once it arrived. He's very trustworthy and would never try to sell you something you don't need. I know I can trust him when he says a repair is common or unusual, will last several years or when I need to replace the furnace. Thanks to today's repairs, he said I will have another couple years before I have to replace mine. His price for an annual service is very reasonable and well-worth it to avoid problems. His prices overall are very reasonable, even for repairs. When my furnace eventually dies, he will get my business for the replacement too.

Cleaned and repaired 2 gas fireplaces neither of which had been working properly and, ultimately, wouldn't light at all. | |It went exceptionally well, and both have been working perfectly since the repair. Another "provider" had been to the house 3 times and the fireplaces worked a max of 2 to 3 days after their visit.

I have used them for many years now. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Their pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

The technician was prompt clean courteous and the repairs were done rapidly and effectively. The same condition had occurred several times in the past and the service provider we used was unable to fix the problem without it reoccurring shortly after he left. The guys did it once and it was done.

It went really well. I had to wait a week and a half for them to come out because it wasn't an emergency, because they are so busy. Which was fine with me. I already gave the card to someone else and I don't remember the gentleman's name that came to my house, but he's been here before and does a great job. He spent quite a bit of time on the furnance because it was really dirty. He told me that he couldn't check the air conditioner because it was too cold and his tools would just tell him to add coolant. I was glad he didn't just perform the test for no reason because the coolant is extremely expensive. He fixed my gas fireplace quickly, then cleaned it. He was here about an hour. He is extremely knowledgeable and fair. I will continue to use this company in the future.
