The experience was excellent! I booked on-line the day before. Ryan and Paul called about 1/2 hour before arriving and were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They gave me an estimate before doing anything and then did their work efficiently and respectfully. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The two people who came out were outstanding. They were terrific. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

The experience was great. I booked online one day in advance. They were here when they said they would be. They gave me a call about 45 minutes before arrival to let me know when they would be here. The estimate was spot on. They did not charge me the $40 disposal fee for either of the two portable televisions. We filled 1/6 of the truck, it looked like much more than that to me. This was money very well spent to haul away old furniture and electronics that were way too heavy for us to deal with. The guys who came out were very nice and professional. My only complaint is they did not put on any shoe covers when they came into the house.

When I made the appointment I told the customer service person the height, length, and width of the cement rubble I wanted removed. I estimated the rubble to be 53.5 sq. in. (11" - 12" high). The person who made the appointment said their trucks were 8' x 10' and heavy debris could only be stacked 12" high. I figured the truck could hold 80 sq. ft. of debris that was 12" high. When the estimator came out he said the rubble would take at least 2 full truck loads to haul away. I asked about the measurements and he said they went by weight and not by measurements. I checked the web site and confirmed the length, width, and height of the trucks load capacity. I asked if the estimator could explain why it would take 2 loads and he claimed his two years of experience were enough and he didn't need to measure the debris. I brought out a tape measure and started measuring again and he kept telling me I didn't understand that they don't go by "inches" they go by "weight". I asked if he could show me using the measuring tape why it would take 2 loads and he refused. He became very rude and kept repeating that I didn't understand. He even said the people who make the appointments don't understand how the trucks are loaded. I was very upset that I wasted my time, taking off work, and ended up sending the rude guy away. I filed a complaint with the company and hope others don't have the same horrible experience. What a disappointing morning.

I made an appointment online through the 1-800-Got-Junk website. It was very fast and easy to do, very efficient. The day of the appointment, I needed to change the appointment to the following day. I called and spoke directly with a booker. They were very friendly and had no issues with making the change. I was called 1/2 an hour prior to the appointment, as was promised when I booked. The gentlemen were on time, very friendly and efficient. The looked over the items I needed removed and gave me an estimate. Unfortunately, this amount was more than I was willing to pay. After some negotiation, we were still unable to come to an agreement on a price I was willing to pay. They gentlemen were understanding and left everything as it was.

Great. The guys that came were personable and efficient. I don't think it took them an hour to fill the truck.

The load we had was determined to be a 2/3 truck full at $487. I asked about a discount and $10 was removed. I declined to have some monitors and a TV taken as it was $15 apiece (will see that they are re-cycled properly myself.)

It went pretty well. First, some guys came out and they said they would need more equipment. Some others came out to do the work, but informed that the others could have done the job without the extra equipment. The second time they came out, they forgot things, but came back out to pick them up. It took a little longer but everything went just fine. They were personable and friendly.

It went great. I woke up and decided to make the stuff just go away. Got online, scheduled an appointment for 2 hours later, they called about an hour later and said that they were running a bit early and that they could come early if it was convenient - if not, no problem. They were very professional and efficient, got it all packed away, etc. Definitely a bit pricey, but when you just want the stuff out of there, it's worth it. Great outfit.

They were prompt and brought plenty of people with them. I got exactly what I paid for and expected to pay. They were friendly and I would use them again.

When services were requested, the billing procedure and prices were fully explained. Appointment was scheduled for 2 days later. Workers were punctual, even calling to give a heads up that they would arrive within 20 minutes. When they arrived, they went over the prices again and provided an accurate estimate of what the final cost would be. Both Bronson and Mike were polite and friendly. They wasted no time, went right to work and got the job time very quickly. They cleaned the area from which they picked up the roofing debris even brushing off and neatly folding the tarp. I would definitely use the service again and will recommend it to family and friends.

They were good. They were efficient. I think they were more expensive than the quote they gave me over the phone, but they were polite and did everything we asked. They were easy to work with. I would use them again.

They've done a good job. They do what they say they are going to do. Look on-line, I think they also give a $10 discount. I will continue to use them as needed.

Very good job. Very pleasant to deal with and the guys did a great job. It was expensive, but definitely worth it. Saved us about 10 trips to the dump - not to mention the loading and cleaning. Would use again.

I emailed them and received a reply in 30 minutes to contact them with more details. After providing them with my location and an idea of what I needed, we scheduled a service call for that afternoon. The driver called me twice to find out if they could come earlier. The driver and his assistant were friendly, understood exactly what needed to be taken, and did it quickly.

Showed them where everything was. They went to work getting rid of the piles first. I pulled more stored lumber from back of the attic. They reminded me that was what they were there for. One finished loading the attic pile, another came and pulled out lumber. I wanted to fill truck, but one said they had a lot of calls- since it was Saturday- & they could not stay much longer. I was a little taken aback as last time company was there, they let me know how much more it would be for their extra time & they arranged for another truck to go do their next pickup. However, to make up for inconvenience of not getting more out, they did give me a price break. I asked if they got the greenboard & they told me 'No, next time.' This particular crew was not as careful as the last as they pulled lumber down my wood attic stairs, rather than carry it, thus causing some damage. One of them also grumbled about all of the lumber. Even with all of this, they are hard workers & a great company.

Adam, who took the phone call, was pleasant, efficient, and followed up with an e-mail confirmation of the appt. Job was estimated at 1/4 truck...ended up being $50 more than original estimate. Discounted $20 for Angie's list. Young men who picked up the refuse were on time (called about 20 minutes prior to arrival), very courteous and swept up a portion of the garage when they had completed loading. Just seemed a bit pricey but at least the stuff is gone!!

Workers were neat, clean, courteous and friendly. Price was NOT thoroughly clear and NO receipts (from the transfer station) were presented to bolster the claim of the amount of junk removed for the second visit.
